    Still haven't refunded my money. It's been now since Saturday. Let's see if he ever does. Bad bad bad business practice In all my interactions with him he never once said it would take 3-5 days for a refund. He never communicated that and he is lying to all his customers. He did interact with Brandy many times and he is lying and saying he didn't.

    Wow awesome job by the team and authentic party rentals! Everything was set up to perfection, Tony and AliciaProvided excellent service great communication and we were very happy with the results. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is preparing for a party they came through with great pricing on chairs, tables, decoration and even provided a contact for a porta potty.     Wonderful family owned and operated business that I can't say enough good things about. I reached out to Authentic just over 1year from my wedding date. I reserved 5 round tables with umbrellas, 50 chairs, a couple of rectangular tables, 4 cocktail tables and a large draping canopy with a chandelier. Anthony took the reservation and went the extra mile to go to the location of my wedding to make sure everything would hit correctly. I was really impressed and taken back by the gesture. I'd expect for a typical company to show up on the day of and then say, "sorry, can't make it happen and we're keeping your deposit." I continued to look at yelp and the Authentic website for new items throughout the year. I must have changed my mind a million times and my final reservation include a hedge wall/back drop, additional rectangular tables and lines for every table. Anthony always got back to me quickly throughout the year. At one point, I suggested a product to Anthony that might be good item to offer. He spoke with his contacts and found someone who could custom make the item I suggested for my wedding! I was amazed! When it came to the setup, Anthony was in contact with us every step of the way and planned his setup process according to our needs. For example, we needed to add flowers to the hedge wall / backdrop, so he got that setup first. Then, the chairs came out...brand new white wooden folding chairs! I was shocked and so very grateful. I asked Anthony how I was lucky enough to get new chairs and he advised that booking far in advance was the key. As the bride, I felt that he strived to make everything aspect in his control easy and seamless for me. The new chairs were icing on the cake. His beautiful wife and children were a great addition to our happy vibe. All our guests were very impressed with the umbrella tables and the draped canopy. I received so many compliments on how professional looking our little backyard wedding and reception looked. I will recommend Authentic Party Rentals every chance I get, because this family really put heart into making my event happen perfectly. The product selection is great and they offered to find an item they didn't already have. Their stellar service truly sets them apart from other companies.

    Anthony, his wonderful wife and sweet family were amazing to work with!!! They quickly responded when you had any questions and also had great ideas on how to set-up for our baby shower. I highly highly recommend this family owned company for all party rental needs!!! We can't wait to call them up for our little ones 1st birthday next year!!!!

    Tony was an amazing vendor to work with. He was communicative, patient and also well priced. I threw a suprise party for my boyfriend and he helped me so that he could deliver once my boyfriend had left. Drop off and pick up was seem less and overall very pleased with his service. Definitely plan to use Authentic Party Rentals again!

    These are the guys for any rentals needed, no questions asked. Shoutout to Tony for being the person he is and how genuine he is. Responded immediately right when I send him a text. Last minute had things canceled on me and he made sure everything I needed was fulfilled! Showed up on time and got straight to business. Tony is the guy you can depend on for any inquires and he will make sure he will get it done. From here on out Authentic Party Rentals has my business here on out. Everything came out exactly how I wanted it and he made sure that I was happy.

    The only reason why I'm putting a star it's because I have no option to leave NO stars. So Saturday, June 12 I was having my son a College graduation So I called Authentic party rentals and order a jumper and 50 chairs. They told me I would need to put 50% deposit . And pay the remaining balance when the stuff was delivered which I did. They told me they will be there at 10 so he called my sister to say he was going to be there earlier my sister had prior obligations and was going to make it back to her house at the time scheduled. He got upset and said if she wasn't there in 15 minutes he will not go. Like REALLY how are you going to do that ? Then my sister had told him she would zelle him the remaining balance at the drop off time but he said NO he wanted Cash and due to covid my sister doesn't really use cash. But what does it matter if it's cash or zelle there still getting paid.. After all that he Raised his voice and said we been CANCELED like WTH who does that?? They said they were going to zelle my sister back and she still HAVE NOT got her money back it's been 4 days I've been calling and calling and there not answering my calls. I think that's BAD BUSINESS So I was stressing out trying to get another jumper and chairs all last minute like 4 hours until the party. Thank god I found someone who was nice enough to come his name is Carlos from JOKERS PARTY RENTAL. So if you ever need to rent look him up and give him a call. If Regina was so rude and disrespectful then why did you agree to come the second time when I was the one paying for it I was just using my sisters house she was nice enough to open her house for us to have the event there and why would it take 3 to 5 business days through Zelle when you got the money ASAP so why can't you zelle it back the way you got it It's not like she used a credit card and the reason I had her send it to you is because she had your information in her phone already so I zelled her and she zelled you. And usually it's 30% deposit but you said you charge me 50% because of what happened prior the day before Mother's Day and if like I said if Regina was so disrespectful then why did you book us to come back?? what's the difference whether you got cash or Zelle or Venmo you're getting paid.You said you never interacted with me then why do I have text messages from you This is your number right Proof in the picture and pictures don't lie

    Working with Tony was a really great experience. His customer service is phenomenal. He was quick to reply to emails and was always so patient and gracious as I changed my order a couple of times. I received emails and texts as we neared the day of my event, which was very reassuring. Everything arrived on time, clean, and was set up quickly giving me plenty of time to decorate the tables. We ordered the smaller bounce house with water slide and pool. This was a huge hit for our party. The ages ranged from 1 year to 6 years. The prices were very competitive. I will definitely use Authentic Rentals again for future parties.

    I cannot recommend them enough. Alicia is the sweetest person and so is her husband, Tony. I'm so glad I found them for my daughters 5th birthday party. We rented their castle jumper and it was a big hit! They were on time and so accommodating. They even got banners for the jumper to match my daughters birthday theme. So sweet of them to do. All of the kids had so much fun using the jumper we asked if we could keep it for another day last minute and they allowed us to! The jumper was extremely clean and very safe. They will be my go to for all of my kids parties. Thanks again for everything Alicia!!

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after one bad experience, but after an even bigger disaster the second time around, I'm done.. and I hope sharing my experience saves someone else the stress. The first negative experience happened in 2025 during a surprise baby shower for my BFF. A slumber party-themed movie night. I rented several items, including a very simple white bench. TWO days before the event, Elia Trejo (who had taken my order two months earlier) called to say the bench I had reserved and already paid for was no longer available. Her solution? "Take a look at our inventory and pick something else." Well... they didn't have another bench. The closest thing that fit my event was the only neutral-colored couch they had. The alternative? No seating and having my very pregnant BFF and several ladies over the age of 55 sitting on the floor. Here's the fun part: the couch cost $265 more than the bench I originally rented, and because they didn't have anything comparable at the price I'd already paid, Elia insisted I cover the difference. I'm sorry... what? You call me TWO days before my event because you can't honor our contract, then expect me to pay hundreds of dollars more for the replacement? Pure delusion. After multiple phone calls explaining what "taking responsibility for your mistake" looks like, they finally honored the original price. But I spent the two days leading up to my event glued to my phone and unnecessarily stressed over a problem I didn't create. The second headache (aka the caca show): my dad's surprise 60th. We rented several items, including two 20x20 marquee tents. The invoice? Around $1,500. Not exactly pocket change. When I emailed Elia Trejo in early May, I clearly requested same-day delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup for our June 6th event. One week before the party, I was told same-day delivery would cost an additional $175. Fine, I agreed to pay it. A few days later, someone else from the office called to say they couldn't offer same-day delivery after all... even with the extra fee. My only option? A weekend delivery (Friday-Sunday) which alone cost me $375.00. With only 4 days before my event, I agreed to the weekend delivery. They promised they'd call with a Friday delivery window... they never did. After chasing them down for TWO days, I finally got a timeframe: Friday, 7-9pm. Not ideal, but fine. So I drove to my grandma's (aka the "venue") and waited. 7pm... nothing. 8pm... nothing. 9pm... nothing. By 9:30pm I couldn't even call the office because they're closed after 5pm and on weekends. I called Elia's number from the contract, left a voicemail, and at 10pm the driver finally called saying they were on their way (coincidence? ‍). They arrived around 10:30pm, finished setting up the tents after midnight, then realized they didn't have my full order. They forgot FOUR 8-foot tables... enough seating for 40 people. Their solution? "We'll bring them tomorrow morning. Don't stress." Saturday morning... we're still waiting for our tables. We are stressed - the party starts at 11am. I spent the morning calling the office, Elia's personal number, and even the delivery driver's number from the night before. Nothing. No answers. No callbacks. No delivery truck. No tables. In one last desperate plea, I DM'd the company on Instagram, practically begging for help because our party was starting in less than two hours. Somehow... they responded to the DM. Who would've thought social media would be the most reliable way to reach a party rental company? Our tables showed up one hour before guests arrived. Thanks, media team. ‍ This is pure unnecessary stress. The lack of communication, organization, and overall quality from Yenni's is a joke. Parties are stressful enough, why add such bs to your clients plate this way? I'd like to mention that every time I was able to speak to someone - I heard the typical runaround "we are so busy, it's busy season, our weekends are so busy with weddings" If you are so busy.. why did you accept my order? Why did you take my money if my order wasn't a priority? Either stop taking orders and honor the orders you have or hire additional delivery drivers and trucks to keep up with the orders you are saying yes to. A note for the business owner: the lack of communication and organization from Elia Trejo is the reason you are losing me as a client (a regular, repeated customer) I'd consider reevaluating the people you have in charge of your delivery schedule and email correspondence. I'd also like to suggest a working phone number on the weekends.. it's insane to not have a contact number available on the days ya'll are "busiest" with deliveries. For the sake of all parties across Orange County and Los Angeles, do better or close up shop.
