From the time he received the photo in horrible shape (the cracks had been held together with duct tape), Andy was confident that he had everything under control as we held our breath. He was great in communicating with us and taking our ideas about what we wanted done. We were delighted to find out that once he received it he developed a plan on how he was going to do the restoration. We knew he was the right photographer as he did an amazing job on each of our children's weddings. Everyone had remarked about his beautiful work and loved him. We recently received an email of the before and after and couldn't be happier with them. We now are awaiting the actual restored photos with great excitement. I would have him work on any restoration project that has sentimental value to you. When dealing with these photos you realize that if someone doesn't have their heart in their work and messes it up, you only had one shot, and the project would have been permanently destroyed. The new associate Tony cancelled my reservation without me confirming for him to do so…read more Alec is gone and Ahjay seems to be gone, no point supporting this location. There was a scheduling mishap, I was frustrated but didn't take it out on him. I was asking what the possibilities were and accepted there wasn't a viable solution right there and then but again frustrated about the situation. Instead of being empathetic, he was patronizing so when he asked if he should cancel my existing reservation, I said "I'll deal with it". I gathered my things and proceeded to leave. He yelled out sarcastically "I hope you have a better day". Not once did I raise my voice with him, I didn't even argue. Maybe I could have said "thank you" on my way out but I was dealing with no signal to call and coordinate the rescheduling of the session with the rest of my group (who were waiting in the car) and having to drive out of the way to get pictures done, only to be turned away. Again, didn't blame him, I was frustrated about the situation and his actions made it go from bad to worse. I have had great experiences with Alec from 2020/2021 and then Ahjay in 2022. He is the only new factor and the reason I will no longer go to this location.
