I've been to this salon twice! Each time I've been the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Lisa did my nails today! I showed her a photo & she nailed it! Literally! Kim did my pedicure , she took her time and did such a great job!!!!! I recommend this place !! I love it!!!

Not enough nail polish was applied and black tips are see through. Shape and length is different for some nails.

Overall service was fine, but wouldn't recommend if wanting a specific nail replicate. Had originally showed a different reference photo but noticed it seemed hard for her, so decided on a black french, a classic, still was not satisfied.

First time here! I did only get my nails done but I will update when I get a pedicure. This is right by where I live and I've seen it so many times I decided to try them out. It wasn't busy at all. Went in and was taken care of right away. Jennifer did my nails and she did a great job! Was very nice and paid close attention to her work. Was constantly double checking that the nails were perfect! I have really bad eczema/psoriasis on one of my fingers and wrist and she was nice about it and gave me neosporin to put on my wrist! My nails came out so good. She paid really close attention to the cuticle area which I feel is missed at some places. Will for sure be going back.

why are my 'white' toes brown ??? Within a couple of days.

Went to get my toes painted. This is $10. Did not order a full pedicure, I was in a rush & just needed some polish on my toes! I was there for 2 hours. I was sat immediately as I walked in, which was nice. There were others that came after me and waited about 30 minutes to get any attention. I asked for a simple white polish on my toes. I didn't get gel, so I'm not sure why she pulled out the UV lamp and had to cure my nails for 45 MINUTES. She was doing a pedicure for a man right next to me, and just didn't want to get up from him, so she told ME to keep pressing the button. And she applied about 10,000 coats of polish, it still wasn't dry. My big toe smudged when she took the lamp off and she got mad at me. Then instead of fixing it, she just added another glob of polish! Now, about 4 days later, my toes are brown. Not white. Also, if they close at 7:30, why did one of the nail techs show up at 7??? And I heard the client saying the appointment was for 6:30. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and not worth the money. Would've been better off buying a white polish and doing it myself.

The pedicures are ok! But the nails aren't they started lifting a day after and I went back to ask if they can fix it and they got like mad/ bothered? Like how is it my nails they are lifting? I've been here 3 times already for a pedi and manicure. I've had great experiences every time. I am a very picky with my nails and anytime I've had a request they were happy to fix it. I have LOVED my nails each time and will continue to go. HIGHLY recommend read more

My first mani/pedi since before the Covid. The salon that I used to go to is no longer open and this one is so close... I needed my nails and brows done for a upcoming trip and, after I called and scheduled a quick appointment, I was soon in the massage chair with my feet soaking in a warm bath. Everyone was super friendly and so helpful! The best part of the entire experience (including an amazing hand, foot and leg massage & hot wax soak) is that my nails still look really nice! Earlier, I looked down at my nails and realized it's been a couple weeks since my trip. They still look great!! Thnx ladies for making everything so easy and for the quality of your work! First time here! I did only get my nails done but I will update when I get a pedicure. This is right by where I live and I've seen it so many times I decided to try them out. It wasn't busy at all. Went in and was taken care of right away. Jennifer did my nails and she did a great job! Was very nice and paid close attention to her work. Here's the Glamorous Manicure process... which lasted less than 15 minutes! ... She put sugar scrub on my arms, covered the scrub with a mask, covered both with not towels. Never once massaging the sugar scrub. My hands were then put in paraffin wax. Then, my arms and hands were wiped clean and rubbed with lotion for about 3 minutes. That was it! I was in complete shock!!! I even told the receptionist when I paid how disappointing it was. What a shocker that she didn't care or comment. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! ... Honestly, management should reach out to me and provide me with a real manicure, to replace the rush job I received. Manicures are for pampering. I was not pampered. I was rushed through a bad manicure and left Nail Bliss upset rather than pampered and pleased. $50 for 15 minutes! Pathetic! Even after a horrible experience, I still left a 15% tip. Do not go to Nail Bliss unless you want to throw $115 down the trash! Maybe change your name because Bliss you are NOT!

My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

They told me that they're fully booked, but they can accommodate me after 5 pm. I went and met Thao. She did take care of me and had a blast talking to her. This place is clean and well lighted. Take note, they only accept cash payment.

If only zero stars was an option…read more I walked in to the salon and was told that I would not be serviced due to the fact that the salon was "busy busy", there was one other patron in the salon, and what appeared to be 3 or 4 technicians... I recommend calling before hand and verifying they aren't "busy busy" before wasting your time with this place.

Customer service from the time I entered and throughout my service was top tier. I was seated immediately and got my services started. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. My tech for my pedicure was the sweetest gentleman. I don't know about you guys, but sometimes the pedicures can hurt and you have a rough tech. Not my new friend, he was so gentle and did a BEAUTIFUL job. My mani tech started soon after and when I say, she ate down on the quality and quick service. Talented nail techs and really high quality manis/pedis! Third, I see the owner working really hard. She's dedicated and very hands on and I see her trying and caring. I can tell she wants her customers to have a nice experience. But ok- serious scheduling problems & it's a pattern. We called to book appointments, they told us 345 would work, then texted to push it to 4 which wasn't an issue at all, but then we got there at 4 and my daughter waited in the chair for 30+ mins before they started. The whole time I'm on edge because I can already sense we're not going to get out of there by 5:30, and I have kids to pick up from daycare, so coming was a huge mistake. Please please please next time just don't say you have availability for us at 4 if what you really mean is 4:40. It's about being clear and managing expectations. So I stopped the girl at the front desk as sweetly as I could, and said I need to leave by 5:30, if that's not realistic then let me know and we'll have to come back. I told her I was getting really worried since they hadn't started on my daughter's manicure and it was this elaborate design that also required tips and dip. She was just like "ok, I'll tell them.." MEANWHILE! A very flustered woman is storming out of the salon and ~rescinding her tip she left~ and sort of made a spectacle of it, going "she's been sitting there for an hour!" (In reference to her daughter) SAME STRUGGLE. I watched after she left and there was definitely a trace of snarky giggling between the 2 staff members at the front desk. (What's so funny??That's on you guys) The last thing you want to do when you're paying for a relaxing experience is get into confrontation or conflict, but that happens here! It's uncomfortable. I want to come in and be a respectful visitor, tip well, have a nice time, and leave happy, leave feeling like we were welcome and not in the way. The OTHER issue.... t h r e e times during my pedicure I asked my nail tech if I could please put rhinestone jewels on the big toe. NOPE. He kept going with the pedicure and nodding his head. I guess he wasn't comprehending. I tried to stop him 3 times to add the jewels on! Maybe it's coming, I thought. And I know it's a first world problem, but still, I just wanted the silly accent nail done. At the end he's like "done. You like?" And very sweetly I asked if I could have the jewels added (that's #4). Only then when it was over, did the manager/owner come over to intervene, and don't get me wrong she WAS kind and gracious about it, but she said that the nail art jewels needed to be done sooner and "next time tell the front desk person that's what you want" I just nodded and said ok thanks no big deal... but I DID TELL THE FRONT DESK GIRL! I showed her the little box of rhinestones and said please add this on to the service, I know it's extra, thank you! She said ok and then that was it. I could do her job better than her and it's her fault for not taking initiative and not paying attention, not relaying that request to the nail tech if the sweet nail tech gentleman I had doesn't speak English. For me, paying for a nail service but then just flat out not getting what you ask for is a dealbreaker. What did I get? A polite & earnest excuse masking a lecture at the end as I'm paying, that next time I should ask for it better. Uggggghh. If it was my business, I'd fix the problem then and there vs telling the customer what to do differently next time. I do respect the owner like I said, she has good people skills and was all sweet and telling us we can get the nail design on a future visit and then something about taking 20% off today's service. How can you argue with that. But ya, I just left sad and defeated and not exactly enthusiastic to come back. I respect them, I think they do beautiful nails, it's clear their heart is in it and they're trying, and like I said the salon is gorgeous. But there's always some kind of fumble or miscommunication or story.
