I scheduled a 9:30 am appointment online. I received a notification that i was scheduled for noon instead. Since i was going with my daughter and the noon appointment was not possible for her, she called and verbally rescheduled both of us for 2:30. When we hot there, they told me they could not accommodate me since they still had me down for noon. We left. It was their error, but they made no attempt to make it right. Disappointing. read more

First time there recently - I got a basic, single color gel manicure because I wanted nice nails for vacation. They started chipping the next day. Within 3 days, most nails were chipped and all were starting to peel at the cuticles (and thus kept annoyingly catching on my hair). Upon closer inspection, I don't think the coats were thick enough, some were uneven and some had bubbles. While I was there, the manicurist took maybe 25 minutes at most to do my nails, while she answered phones and checked in other clients. I'd planned to go back to have them removed when I got back from vacation - but by then, most of the nails had peeled off, so I finished removing them at home. Tried a new nail salon since my nail girl left mine to a closer one to her in philly. I wanted to like this salon so badly because its cute and quiet. I had the older gentleman in the back. So sweet but just not worth it. I like my nails short and rounded. I think an easy task, but unfortunately mine came out all inconsistent and my gel was thick and bubbly. Not to toot my own horns but i have great nails so for someone to mess them up is pretty difficult. He did my toes as well. Id say he did ok but then i had to have him touch it up twice. When i saw them outside they looked way worse then when i saw them inside. I started to get nervous he was putting too much polish on where it may just peel off later. Then as i was drying my toes they literally rushed me out, picked up my bag and said your done drying!. Wow i cant dry my pedicure!? ** Not their fault but added to it** this place has two entrances and the one in the back is next to the dryer. A guy and girl came in as i was drying my toes and asked me for a walk in appointment. Maybe don't have the drying station that looks like a desk next to a door, or just because i am Asian doesn't mean i work there. You decide. I was forced to pay and pushed out, sat in my car and debated wether i wanted my money back or not. Unfortunately i did, the job done was just so bad. It looked like a little kid painted my toe nails. They will not refund don't ever think they would, they had another women fix my nails and toes. What took 2 hours with this poor man took the women 20 mins. Safe to say i will never come back here. Beware of Linda, extremely sweet but very pushy. Took my daughter to get her birthday nails done WITH PICTURES! And they came out horrible. The customer service was great and the place was recommended by another patron but it was the worst decision we could've made especially for such a special day. Her nails were not cleaned properly and her cuticles looked undone and the final product looked homemade not professional. There was polish all over her nails and the gel was not filed down so it looks uneven and I'm sure they will get caught on her clothes. When I explained our concerns they offered to file the nails down and remove the excess polish on the side of her fingers but it just made it worst. They eventually have us a $5 discount but I will not recommended this place to anyone. STAY AWAY!! read more

Worst experience of my life. I went for my birthday today because I got 15% off. I went with two other friends at 2:20 for an appointment at 2:30. The second I walked in I was rushed to a chair. She took my hand and started right away. I didn't even get to chose my color or take off my jacket. Linda was doing my nails and it was very rushed. So rushed that she cut me 4 times to the point where I was bleeding on the table. She then proceeded to mess up the shape I wanted so bad and kept saying I'll look "sexy" for my birthday. Everytime I complained she said she'll fix it and never did. The 4 cuts were then sprayed with alcohol and burned so bad. I literally started crying and no one did anything. Once it was time to pay she charged me "40$" and a 15% coupon for next time because she cut me. I left but came back because I couldn't have these nails on my 21 st birthday. The manager said she'd refund me fully (she didn't, she just gave me a gift certificate for next time). It's still messed up and has a piece of hair on the pinky. I'm definitely going to get an infection on my fingers which sucks. Please don't go here, it's not worth it. My daughters were looking forward to getting their nails done. They went and one daughter finished earlier so my other daughter paid and left to get a bite to eat. The people that worked there told my other daughter that "the other girl did not pay". They must have said it 5x to her and said that they were going to charge her for it. Finally, someone said she paid. I found this incredibly rude and completely unacceptable. My daughters are well mannered and polite. I called and told them so. They said it was a mistake. Extremely disappointed. They do not clean their nail tools which is an extreme heath and sanitation risk. The nail files and sponges were both visibly old and dirty. My nail technician lifted a rusty cuticle tool from the bottom of a dirty box and it was visibly dirty with other people's nail clippings, then proceeded to spray it once with a diluted spray bottle and dig into my nail bed. I am disgusted and unsure how they are licensed to provide this service given the blatant violation of basic sanitation. read more

After reading all of the positive reviews on google, I was so excited to try this place out. I came in on a Friday and got a gel mani from the owner. Although kind and friendly, She completed rushed my nails. I mean RUSHED. No soaking to soften the cuticles. Not even the normal "go wash your hands" after the filing. She started painting my nails with powder debris still all over my nails. I asked her if I should wash my hands and she said no. The paint job was rushed and came out bubbly and uneven. When I got home, I had to even out my nails that were rigid and finish my own cuticles, plus wash off the debris. For $25 for a gel mani, the price is great but the service - not. I will try this place out one more time in hopes that it was a fluke since it was Friday and maybe she was stressed since they were busy. read more

It's hit or miss with this place. Sometimes you'll come here and you'll leave with fabulous nails. But sometimes you're getting your nails done as your nail technician is on the phone or on Facebook or watching videos. I will say though, this place is cleaner than most nail salons and their prices are good for the area. The photos I attached are after I had filed them myself because my dip powder manicure was so thick and lumpy, you can still see thick spots. I just wish that they'd be more consistent with their work. read more

Not happy first and last time there. Me and my daughter went. The person who was doing my nails was so preoccupied with everything else going on she did a terrible job. She didn't pay attention at all. I asked for short and skinny I got super fat nails. Streaky blotchy and clumpy. I spend 180 between me and my daughter. Tips pedicures and full set for both. Went there twice for powder dip. Was not completely satisfied first time but thought I'd give them a second try. Used their most highly recommend technician. Experience 2 was a huge disappointment. Nails were thick and rough on the sides. She did not buff them out to smooth them. They were rippled on top and unprofessional. Asked her to smooth them out but she did not. After having several generally good experiences, today's experience was a game ender. Came in with myself and my daughter, without appointments, for mani/pedis. Greeted pleasantly and brought to pedi-chairs. Daughter done first, escorted to mani table for next steps. For myself, pedi done, told to wait in a chair. No problem. Waited 15-20 minutes until daughter was done. Was then told I would need to wait an additional 30-45 minutes for manicure "if I wanted to wait - others have appointments". My daughter is already done, if there wasn't time for my service, tell me up front and we can make other arrangements. Don't wait until half my service is done, my companion completely finished and then tell me to wait. Poor business relations. Won't be back. read more

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible. Extremely unsanitary and extremely pushy service. I got an INFECTION from a pedicure on my toe, the materials were not properly sterilized, which should be a priority especially during the COVID pandemic. I had to get on antibotics. Additionally, after she was done with my pedicure, she moved on to do a clients nails without washing hands (she did not have gloves on either)! So disappointed by my experiences at this salon. My advice is see Cindy or don't go at all. There is one other young woman who knows what she is doing there but if you walk in or don't ask for them you will be very disappointed. One woman poured acetone all over my hands into the tin foil instead of soaking the cotton ball and rapping it, it was so unprofessional and she was very rude. DO NOT GO HERE! I have gone at least 5 times- I'm a believer of giving a place a few chances. EACH time I am disappointed. The color chips off in a day. I usually get a gel manicure and the 4times that I went for a gel mani the ENTIRE nail polich peeled off withihn a day. The ladies are rude. My latest and FINAL expirence was for a pedi. I asked how long it would be (There were only 4 people in the place at the time) and they said 15 minutes. No problem. I soaked my feet for 50 minutes and then got up and left. They are RUDE. The woman was literally cleaning and tidying up (doing anything else but my nails) when I was sitting there.... HELLO I have been waiting. I am not unreasonable if they were busy I would understand but they were not. When I went to leave they were shocked- "ok ok we will do you now" NO now is too late.
