While visiting my 94 year old father here in Green Valley I found us both in need of pedicures and myself in need of a mans mani/pedi. I made our appointment the prior day. That morning I stopped by to talk to the gals to wanted to advise them first that my father was in desperate need and hadn't left his home for a pedicure all year due to Covid problems and we had a doctors appointment just before our appointment. We we're late 15 minutes, they were gracious and called us. This salon is a gem, my wife and I live in San Diego and frequently come to GV to visit. (The 1 Star is for convenience of location)Three years ago this would have been a "5" but not now! Appointments are not timed, and My daughters gel polish chipped 2 days after application. Clearly, toes were not prepped properly and owner acted like it was not her assistants fault. My gel nails, were thick and Lumpy looking. Terrible job- they rushed us through the services I had chosen on phone for $278.00 plus tip. Will never recommend or return. read more

Horrible place!! You get what"May" wants you to get NOT what You pay for. Can't Even get it fixed since she cut my nails crooked!!!! No hot towel or scrub although it Was Supposed to be done..... When brought to her attention She argued and made Excuses INSTEAD OF Attempting to fix it but COULDN'T fix it so she left my toes All messed up and tells me to leave and walked away.... another worker came to take off the botched French tip so at least I don't have the atrocity "May"attempted to create.... Apologized and very obviously Understood once she saw the actual damage. Customer service is obviously Not a common practice here ... This is what I get for trying out a new place ... The owner said she was a perfectionist, yet she was far from it. I went in for a nail dip and French pedicure. I had never been there before so when I asked if there were more colors she said no and immediately for irritated. Well I found a color I liked and she should've said no she couldn't use it because once she opened the jar there was barely enough powder in it. She had to use an instrument to dump it on my nail instead of dipping it. They are not filed well at all and you can see where she added and did not buff it out. She did not give me any sort of manicure whatsoever. Didn't even bother to take out a cuticle trimmer! She didn't ask what shape I like my nails either. She made them round and short without ever saying a word. My pedicure has bubbles on it. I'm not even sure if she put a top coat. I paid $73 including a $10 tip. This place is a rip off and probably rips off every elderly lady in Green Valley. read more

I got the best pedicure here! The massage part is always the best and she spent 30 minutes massaging my feet and legs. I didn't want to get up, I was so relaxed. I've also gotten a manicure here as well. And what I appreciated was when she did the shellac, she didn't destroy my nails in the process, like other places do. This place is clean, the owner is fabulous, and I highly recommend this hidden gem. read more

I was visiting my 97 year old uncle, who wanted a pedicure (really!), so in we went. I had a pedicure myself, and I've had pedicures all over the US and half of Asia, and this one was great, including my fav OPI nail polish. Far more important to me, though, was the care and love they gave my uncle. Granted, he's 10+ on the cute scale and gets around far better than most his age, but he still needed help, and they dealt with his wise old legs, feet and his non-existent hearing beautifully. He kept talking about his "happy feet" all day, and that's what mattered to me. You can get your nails done anywhere, but wonderful people aren't that easy to find. Great place! read more

I read the 3 reviews posted. All I can say is they were thinking of Blossom Nails in another location! The owner in Green Valley is a fast-talking know-it-all. When I didn't take her advice about getting a full set of acrylics, when my appointment was for a simple mani-pedi, she proceeded to act in a very unprofessional manner. The service I received was sloppy and not worth half the price. read more
