Once she started doing my nails I noticed that the shape she was giving my nails was something not of my preference so I told the lady in a respectful way that I wanted a different shape. She responded with a sudden outburst (raising her voice). Even the nail tech next to us looked at her. She continued to do my nails and at the end, I noticed she put the pink base in just one hand... Because of me not feeling comfortable telling the nail tech I told the manager. I tell her my concern in private, telling her just the fact that the nail tech might've forgotten to put the pink base on my other hand and her response was that she wasn't seen it and that both hands were the same...
