They have NO SHOWED on 4 separate occasions, over a period of 3 weeks. They do not answer the phone or they tell you they're on their way and then never show up. Leaving you sitting around waiting for hours / days / weeks. I feel that I have been more than patient but have still been unable to get the job completed. I have taken multiple days off work and rearranged my schedule to make the days they rescheduled work and then nobody shows up. My house has been torn apart for weeks due to the ongoing scheduling issues. They have left me no choice than to post reviews of this experience and file a complaint. Additionally, within minutes of me and my partner leaving a Google Review they tried to report the review stating that we were not even clients, even though we have screenshots of everything, including all calls, text conversations, and the Zelle payments amounting to $850. Additionally, we just found out that their license is VOID and they are unlicensed - claiming License # 17-P-20764-X and CC # 23-DL-22957-X - 7/22 Wednesday - spoke to office and scheduled the job. - My job was originally scheduled for 9:30am Friday 7/31 - Saturday 8/1. - 7/31 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and texted all day Friday. Kept being told someone would be here within 1-2 hours. Nobody ever came. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/7 - Saturday 8/8. - 8/7 Friday - Trey showed up. - 8/8 Saturday - Nobody showed up. Again, I called and texted all day with little to no responses. Saturday night at 7:30pm Wayne showed up and said it would take him at least 5 hours to complete - that would've been 1am. He left and said someone would come back Monday. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Monday 8/10. - 8/10 Monday - Trey showed up late around 11am. He stayed and worked through the day, however, did not get the ceiling to a smooth finish and decided to paint it anyway. I pointed out all of the bubbles and cracks and he attempted to repair while the paint was still wet. Obviously this did not work. I called the owner, David, and expressed my concerns and was told it would be fixed. It was not. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/14. - 8/14 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and spoke to the office. She said the crew was dropping someone off and that they were on their way. She stated someone would be here before Noon. Still nobody showed up. I have been calling and texting all day with no response from the owner or the office!

The contract included "REMOVING ALL HARDWARE" and using BM paint for the flat on the walls. He did the work early June 2026 in my newly remodeled 900 sq ft apt. He failed to use the BM paint I paid extra for (he would not provide a receipt for the paint after numerous requests), failed to remove hardware, failed to paint the closets, failed to paint my kitchen in semi gloss, failed to properly prep new construction... He did do a great job of getting paint on my new appliances and freshly refinished floors. I gave him the opportunity to fix his mistakes and he did return and he made a poor attempt to clean up the mess he created.

They couldn't even throw some plastic cover over shades to protect them?? - Had to twist their arm to prep front window since peeling paint left the surface uneven. Bro: if it was just about applying paint, I can do that. The prep is the hard stuff I hired you to do. Apparently, they have numerous crews with different quality. So you never know how good a job you get. But you still pay top dollar for possibly mediocre work.
