Great experience! We went on a Thursday night and they were quickly able to seat our large party! They have lots of beer options and had a variety of food options. The southern fried chicken sandwich was really good! As far as sides- they only have 2 options- chips or green beans but the chips were homemade and delicious! The server was very quick and attentive and the vibes in the restaurant were fun! They also have plenty of outdoor seating.

Cozy brewery with a nice backyard Biergarten. We enjoyed the tomato soup and grilled cheese, along with the Carolina bison burger and house chips. Service was friendly and with a smile. The English porter had that smooth texture and malty finish. Highly recommend!

When stopping in here, you've definitely got to have nothing on your agenda. The pace is a bit slower, which isn't *necessarily* a bad thing. The combination restaurant/bar/beer garden doesn't rush anything, especially the food, so just try to sit back and relax while chatting with complete strangers. The vibe we got here is that people come here to catch up with folks or make friendly conversations with their table neighbors. I came in here during early afternoon on a Sunday, ordered the Oktoberfest beer and chicken & wild rice soup, which was surprisingly very tasty and filling. Our waitress was also the bartender, so service was a little slower than it likely would have been had we been seated somewhere else. But needless to say, it's worth stopping in if you're looking for a cozy afternoon somewhere to kill time.

We were in Blowing Rock for a long weekend and stopped in here twice for a cold beer. The first time was a Thursday night a bit later in the evening. Not crowded at all and we sat at the bar inside. Service was great. The locals there that night provided us with recommendations for dinner. This is such a nice community. Beer was very good and nice atmosphere. It did get crowded on Friday and Saturday for most of the day as we walked by the brewery several times due to where we were staying. Sat outside in the back on our second visit before dinner that night. We will absolutely go back on our next visit.

This place was great! We ordered the bison chili (5/5), bison. Burger (5/5( and Mediterranean wrap (3/5). Beers were yummy. Service was quick and our server was attentive. Ambiance was cozy, parking was a bit difficult but nothing that can't be handled. If you order something here, get the chili!

We came in at almost closing time. They were nice enough to put our food order in. The wagu burger was great. I love the mushrooms on it. I also had a side salad with was full of veggies and the ranch dressing was good. The hubs liked the cucumber beer. Over all great experience. The waitress saved our service dog a cookie for the road.

Chicken Caesar wrap with a side of green beans. Green beans were just a tad too salty but otherwise delicious.

Gorgeous spot to stop for lunch, but super crowded and long wait for the picnic tables out front. We opted to sit inside since there would be no wait, and the inside was relatively empty. The servers seemed to be running around taking care of multiple sections. Not sure if just short staffed or this is the norm. The server tried really hard and was super apologetic about the wait times, which was nice and kind. Our appetizer, the cheese curds (10/10 with those homemade ranch and chipotle aioli dipping sauces) came out quickly, but there was a bit of a wait for our entrees (one burger, one Caesar salad wrap, and two kids chicken tenders) to the point that we worried they'd forgotten about us. Overall good experience and the chicken Caesar wrap was amazing, but the burger could use some more fixings. Would probably not eat here again for a few years simply because the waitstaff was stretched too thin, but hopefully that is something they can sort out and maybe we just caught them on a bad day.

Super well done, shoe leather burger (was supposed to be medium).

Mama and I each got a flight and we were both able to find one or two that made us want a full pint. They have a good variety of styles to pick from, so anyone should be able to find something that suits their taste. They have a generous amount of outdoor seating as well as a stage where they host live music. Dog friendly too, which is a big check in the box for us. They have an open kitchen concept that could be an amazing experience (huge wood fire oven you can watch the cooks work, watch the pizza crust being tossed in the air, toppings added, and pies created) but sitting at the bar totally ruined that - trash all over the floor, employees throwing order tickets on the floor, rags and a towel under the prep sink, and worst of all - the over flowing trash cans with rubber gloves falling out. It was gross. The employee's had no respect for the open concept or keeping a clean cooking area. All the pieces to make the kitchen amazing (as it was obviously designed) are there, I just wish it was being used that way. Put away the clean dishes vs leaving them in those cleaning racks for everyone to look at, empty the trash, take some pride in the work. If it was treated like a sushi bar and glorified the way it can be, I'd give it 10 out of 5 stars!

My wife and I was were welcomed in by the hostess and seated quickly. It's not a huge space, but they've got a good bit of seating, and a little more upstairs, which allows you to look down into the brewery. Our server, Alex was very friendly and offered some beer recommendations based on our preference. They had a good variety to pick from and even some canned to go. Their food menu also offered a good selection. My wife and I decided to share an order of loaded fries to start, and then the "white buffalo" pizza. I enjoy white pizza, and enjoy buffalo chicken pizza...but this was the first time I've ever seen them together. The food was great, everything, tasted really good, and had good flavors. The Game Day IPA and Lost Province IPA's were both also very tasty Being a Friday night, they had a live musician, playing great music, which we really enjoyed while we ate and took in the atmosphere. I'd pass this recommendation on as well, and would return to try some of their other varried menu next time I visit Boone
