We were very pleased with everything. I especially have to brag on my masseuse Matt. I've been dealing with upper arm pain for about 10 months. I've even been to another masseuse and I have received very little relief. Matt worked on my "locked" muscle and I'm almost back to normal. The suits in their ivory tower who run this establishment appear to have little to no regard for women which clearly demonstrates their ideology toward women which in practice is discriminatory. They are taking the "choice" away from their female clients assuming and deciding for them!!! Deciding they should be massaged by a man other than their husbands! Hoping you just go with it (like I did)!! Moreover, they are deciding for any woman who's been sexually assaulted, that their voice doesn't matter by subjecting them to an unwanted situation! I paid over $300, plus a tip, and after getting home and seeing my hair in normal lighting, my roots looked very gold/yellow with a noticeable line where the color did not blend into the rest of my hair. I reached out right away, sent photos, and explained my concerns. The initial suggestion was that additional highlighting may be needed, and I was also told that an assistant could highlight it. After the original result and that proposed correction, I no longer felt comfortable having more chemical work done at the same salon and decided to get another professional opinion. I asked for at least a partial refund since I now have to pay another salon to assess and correct the color, but the salon declined because I did not return for an in-person reassessment. I understand businesses have policies, but as a client, I also think it is reasonable not to feel comfortable returning for additional chemical services after losing confidence in the result and proposed correction. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I would recommend taking clear before/after photos, asking exactly who will be performing each step of the service, and clarifying the salon's refund/correction policy before booking. I would also recommend asking for a full price breakdown before any service begins. I was not given the full pricing until I checked out, which added to the frustration.

She said if I booked the last appointment that I would not have to. I booked for daughters hair appointment(for June 1, 2021)and she refused to allow us in without a mask even with exception. She said she never heard of an exception before. This was the worst experience ever. Taylor showed zero customer service. I'm also not sure if she was discriminating due to race. She is the one who told me to book last appointment and not have to wear a mask. She said since March 2021 rules are more strict. I told her that is not true. Mask rules have been eased since March. She said she was in fear of having her business shut down. I told her there are exceptions to mask and she is the one who told me it was OK when I booked. Very odd behavior by an owner of salon. She needs to be educated to not lie to customers.

They might be good for colors for women, but this was my experience from a simple haircut that took less than 30 minutes (including shampoo) and costed as much as a filet minion.
