This "Realty" company is a joke...Buyer beware these people are TERRIBLE at Property Management and Real Estate. I am a Real Estate Professional...with a family member who has rented from this company. The owner, Ryan, is nothing but an arrogant bully who has very little knowledge or real estate. He claims to have 11 years experience, I know first year realtors with more knowledge and common sense! I TRIED to work with him after he harassed my daughter, and belittled her. This was AFTER she was doing their work for them, finding renters. collecting rent to help with the situation. My daughter moved into a house with bugs in her room and a leaking ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. Their response was it was her fault. They do not take care of properties, they have no idea who is really living in the property. Their only concern is collecting money to line their pockets. They really do not care about actually managing properties and protecting owners properties. They have little concern with tenants and working with them. There was one tenant who moved out and bounced a check to the company. This "professional" came after the ones who paid rent not the one who bounced the check. Why...because it was easier!!!! DO not do business with this company...you talk to one and it is not communicated to others. It is a poorly run company with little to no concern except monet and harassing tenants who actually pay their rent!!!!! read more

This property management was unbelievably rude and violated our constitutional rights and licences threw the state of Michigan. They attacked us personally and were extremely insulting to us. Also, just to spite us they stole an additional $50 from our rent deposit when it was returned to us.
