I'm not the first person they did this to. They also sued one of their residents for fire damage that was the fault of the park and was proven in court. I should have known there would be issues when they took 3 months to get us in our home after taking my money almost 3 grand. They constantly change the water meters without notifications being sent out and when you actually need work done they don't do it and then charge you saying you broke it when in fact you had been asking them for months to come fix something. Like how they charged me 600 dollars and said I broke the oven when in fact it was just a loose handle that I had made multiple request for them to fix and they never did. Or, the range hood that never worked and they charged me 500 dollars saying I broke it when it never worked and I asked several times for them to fix that. They just take your money and don't do shit for maintenance but love to fine people. The water bills are outrageous 140 to 200 a month on top of rent and lot rent which makes no sense why are you charging folks lot rent when they are just renters. It's a Money Grab and I'm glad I don't live here anymore and they will never get a dime out of me for the erroneous charges they put on my credit. You are also supposed to be licensed in the state of Michigan to rent homes like they do the women that worked in the office when i lived their are not. There was also a shooting that took place here where a person fired multiple rounds into an occupied trailer.
