The receipt indicates the destination, weight, estimated delivery date, tracking #, insurance up to $100.00 included, and grand total. Lines can be long, but the self service kiosk can help me most times. Sometimes people jam the package bins, though, which somehow goes unnoticed by staff, and means you have to get in the sometimes long lines anyways. There are a wide range of extra services offered here, and tons of a wider variety of the free priority packaging options than most other locations have. There's a large parking lot, but people whip through it, so be careful! This location and its convenient extended hours are such an asset for local small business owners and residents alike.

I've made so many calls to the United States Postal Service to explain that their staff do not follow federal and USPS guidelines that all USPS employees must wear masks. Months ago, I saw another customer get into a yelling match with the employee who has a bunch of neck tattoos at Centredale. Spittle flew from his mouth as he yelled "I have a medical condition, and you aren't allowed to ask me about it because of HIPAA!". I did not intervene and explain that HIPAA has nothing to do with his ability to disclose his health issues preventing him from wearing a mask because I feel like this employee is not capable of understanding this basic information. Please go to the USPS in Johnston or elsewhere because this location is likely to be infested with coronavirus.
