Horrible......stay away this guy is lazy and a liar…read more I was recently in a fender bender and was informed that I did not have rental coverage by my claims adjuster. I immediately contacted Craig who informed me we can add it. I was confused because I was under the impression I already had rental coverage. After researching and going back through our messages I clearly stated that I wanted rental and informed him I wanted the same coverage as my previous insurance. Craig assured me I would have a $300 deductible $35 a day rental up to $1035 up to 30 days which were all lies. This guy is lazy never sent a form to my previous insurance which caused me to pay an extra month to them and he swears he sent it. Now with this incident and Im pretty sure he lied about that as well. I've forwarded our messages and conversation to him and have gotten no replies. I will be switching agents asap and I have home and auto with him. Stay away!!!!!!
