The agent changed the carrier without asking and after we requested the same coverage as was on his prior car, the agent omitted rental coverage and waiver of deductible. To make a long story short, his car was hit when another crossed a double yellow line. Neither the agent nor the insurance company gave any help. We switched all of our coverage over to Margaret Grassi insurance. Matt was incredibly helpful during the switch over, but above and beyond, he has been helping my son work through the accident which occurred while with a different agent and carrier. Talk about wonderful service. Highly recommend!

I initially worked with Chris Pintarich on securing D & O, liability, and umbrella non-profit insurance and he made a complicated experience very simple. I asked a kajillion questions about the forms, had unusual scenarios for our nonprofit's specifics and he was very patient throughout. He also made me a personalized video that walked me through the policy that I could watch on my own time. SUPER responsive. Was such a great experience I got home and auto insurance through them too...through John Galvin. I had issues getting my HOA insurance information from the other side's broker...the details needed to secure my own insurance. John checked in with me three times before it finally arrived but was never pushy-that's quality customer service. When I finally got the insurance, it was 2 business days before closing. John took care of ALL my insurance needs within hours and I was bound (and thus able to close on time, miraculously). Extraordinary customer service. Comprehensive emails explaining everything. Amazingly responsive. And the new auto policy is an upgrade in coverage over what I had previously AND saves me money. Neither guy tried to upsell me on coverage I didn't need. In fact, both told me about parts they thought I didn't need a particular coverage in my case, being covered in other ways. That's trust. Very very happy!

I have been with Deb since I got my license (12 years). She is by far the best Insurance Agent…read more She is extremely helpful and will work to find you the best coverage for your money. I am far from having a perfect driving record so Deb hooked me up with insurance that provides accident forgiveness, meaning if you get into an accident or get a traffic violation your insurance premium will not go up. This has been a blessing for me. I have gotten quotes from numerous other insurance company's, and they have all been $800-$1000 more a year. Saving money is not the only reason I choose to stay with Deb. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and works hard to provide amazing customer service that you will not find anywhere else. I originally lived in Middleboro, but have since moved numerous times all over Massachusetts, and continue to use Deb as an insurance agent.
