That became very clear to me this summer. After picking up on a few too many red flags with our previous pool guy, I went looking for someone who actually knew what they were doing. That's how I found Michael. He called me back right away and came out quickly. Within minutes of inspecting the equipment, he found multiple issues--including one major electrical safety problem that could have seriously harmed my kids. No one had ever caught it before. Since then, I've had several other licensed specialists out (leak detection, electricians, etc.), and every single one of them confirmed what Michael found. Beyond the technical side, he's exactly the kind of person you want working on something as important as a pool: consistent, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. After Jesus repaired the heater, he evaluated the overall condition of our pool -- which was in bad shape with black algae and constantly looking dirty -- and explained exactly what needed to be done to bring it back to life. He answered my call and proceeded to try and troubleshoot for about an hour (without even working for us). Such a kind gesture. Following this, Eddie came by to check out our pool and see if he could figure out what was wrong. Turns out our current Pool Guy was treating our pool as chlorine and it had a saltwater system (something I regularly questioned our normal Pool Guy but was routinely dismissed) Eddie and his guys came by a couple of times and completely reset our system.
