First I had soo many questions i thought for sure I was being annoying but the employee John gave me reassurance that they are a community bike shop and to ask away. I was initially interested in electric bike but after talking to John I decided that wasn't a great decision for me. Then he helped me pick out multiple bikes to give a test spin outside! We also connected on a few other topics which was so nice. I asked about locks and I got the full run down on that as well. I went in to get a new tube for my friends bike with a few questions and walked out with a new (used) bike and lots of knowledge! Plus two free tune ups.
