Driving home after a long trip, we stopped for a yuck lunch, and we're pleasantly surprised. Starting with great customer service, we were sat at our table and was able to get our drinks quickly. The catfish was tasty along with the Oysters, fried shrimp was large and good, matched well with tartar sauce. The Gumbo was great. Overall great experience. read more

Only place I know that you can get crawfish all year long in Houston!! Definitely ask for G, he's super helpful and makes the most amazing sauce! The service is really friendly but the crawfish is sooooo good!! I like spicy a lot and the crawfish in the "G" sauce is by far the best seasoning/sauce I've ever had with crawfish, it's definitely like a creamy sauce rather than an oily soup that some places use. For me, the sauce is spicy with just enough kick to get you to enjoy rather than just eating! Like having a top shelf liquor vs a well. On top of this, the crawfish is cooked perfectly!! It's not rubbery and comes with a variety of sizes but some of these look more like tiny lobsters! I feel guilty not eating the claws. Definitely would recommend, I eat crawfish from here all the time. And even though it's a food truck, you can also call ahead to place your order for pick up so that's convenient. read more

My husband ate here last Thursday night. Unfortunately, the waitstaff or management changed his tip amount. The restaurant charged him $98 for a $28 meal. My husband is a good tipper but he did not leave a $70 tip. He called the restaurant to ask them to make it right and just charge him for the meal and 20-25% tip. They refused. Now he is going to have to go through the credit card company. Disappointing that there was an obvious change and the manager said no. We will not be going to this place again. DO NOT EAT HERE. Bad management, and bad food quality. I choked on a piece of METAL embedded within my food as I was swallowing. When I pointed it out to the manager ('Junior') he took no real concern and merely shrugged it off. As I wanted to draw the attention of the GM to this matter ('Guillermo') was somehow 'unavailable' to come to our table. He was not immediately notified of the situation. I am appalled and disgusted. Horrible management, and will surely not be coming back. TRULY, deserves a ZERO RATING, but because it won't allow me to put zero stars...I had no choice but to give it a one-star rating. read more

I rode by this food truck this evening on my way to daiquiri hut and on my way back I decided to give it a try. I ordered a lb of boiled shrimp and a lb of crawfish. They have a very GOOD flavor and the perfect spice which isn't too spicy ! The crawfish were very very small but maybe because the season just barely started however they were juicy and flavorful. I will go back for more boiled shrimp and I just hope the crawfish are bigger next time. read more
