When I first met her she looked over my items and said the sale should take in around $5,000 of which I would receive 50%. I had reservations because the sale was in a condo with no street parking but she assured me that she had a list of customers that she would contact and with heavy online advertising we should have a good turnout. It took her three weeks of "pricing" in which she hired approximately 1-3 people (@$20/hr. which I was billed, it's in the contract) daily and weekends to price my items. I spent an additional $600 in labor charges to move all the items to the first floor as she requested. The "heavy" advertising was one free listing on an auction/sale website. On the day of the sale she scheduled 3-4 employees to be present, again at my expense. When I happened to ask one of the employees of possible plumbing issues she told me that she hadn't noticed anything and that they had moved some items to that bathroom so they could get a higher discount on the last day and that she didn't notice any issues. The employee told me that. At the end of the sale not only did I not make a penny for all of the family heirlooms, furniture, bed sets, assorted silver pieces that were sold but she sent me a bill for $1,500. So..... counting the $600 I spent moving things for her I was now in the hole for $2,100. How can one sell all of her possessions in an estate sale and end up owing the sales company? I should not have to pay for her mismanagement. This little lady went from sweet to hard ass cutthroat in the blink of an eye. She'll be sending you certified notices in the mail threatening to take you to court in the blink of an eye. She's done this before, many times and knows the routine. People beware! This business is a sham and a disgrace. She preys on people in their most vulnerable time and I suspect the majority of her sales are for families of the deceased who do not have the time or interest in being hands on. If you take the time to actually go through her accounting you'd be surprised at how many items are unaccounted for and it's your word against hers, remember, it's all in the contract. At the end of the sale she donates anything left over to "her charity contacts" whoever they are. They come in big trucks with no name on them so I have no idea where it went since she will not furnish you with a signed tax receipt. Yep, she even keeps your tax deduction. But that stuff probably went to a second hand store in Baltimore for all I know so there's no tax write off to give. Since this woman is such a stickler for legalities I feel I must add he following to protect myself from future hassles from her. The best part is that most of them have not been fully redone yet. This means that you can choose to purchase the item for less and restore it at a later time OR you can set a budget on what you want to spend to restore it and work with Susan to do so. That also means the items will be restored to fit YOUR vision which I think is so cool. The pieces aren't in there final forms yet so that whoever takes it home can truly make it their own... or have a great deal on a piece they would never have dreamed they could ever own! Highly recommend going here to check it out for this fact alone. I found Susan through Facebook Marketplace and she had an amazing deal on a piece that my wife had been searching for FOREVER. We're a small military family stationed a few hours from her store and she went out of her way to bring this amazing piece out of storage and set it up beautifully for us even though we insisted she did not have to. Truly went above and beyond to ensure we could make a good decision on the item. We weren't 100% positive we would buy until we saw it in person and wow was this everything she had described. Perfect condition and it had the original side tables as well and all under 2000. We knew right away after coming in person that we would be buying but we were uncertain on if we would get it upholstered. My wife - always a little impatient to see her vision come to life - wanted to get it done in a fancy but hard to clean fabric. Susan thankfully convinced her that it would be better for her to save the money until after our daughter was older or pic something easier to clean. She could have made a quick buck but instead chose to look at our small family, give us her honest opinion, and help us see the bigger picture. It honestly was 100% the right choice - It is a smart decision to wait until our child is bigger (and not a huge mess maker!) and I am so glad Susan convinced my wife to wait especially now that we are considering expanding our family. She could have made that extra money off us but she wanted what was best for us. Can't thank her enough for that. After we purchased, we had to figure out a way to get this huge beauty up to our home several hours away. Susan took the time to find the best deal she could with a mover and saved us a ton on moving costs. I paid more to have something moved 30 minutes away then what we paid to have this brought from HOURS away to us! I couldn't believe how good of a deal she'd gotten us. This couch is my wife's pride and joy. She wants to go back asap to purchase more items to go with it next time we vacation near Susan's store and I agree with my wife. This is a cute market!…read more My husband was invited by a vendor he knows so we drove down for the October market on a pretty, sunny day. There are tons of vendors here - in front of Waterside they're easy to see but there are more inside and on the back area by the water so be sure to walk through the building (a few were set up inside in back by the doors) and onto the sidewalk outside where there were easily another 10-15 tents. There is a lot of vintage/flea market clothing but there are also vendors selling their crafts like wood cutting boards, stones and crystals, bags, soaps and candles, etc. We had a good time and everyone was very friendly.

Mr. Brill was very sweet and we talked for about half and hour. I would call before you stop in, as he said he's not always there but if you're in town and the door is open, go inside.
