Almost all of the positive reviews show that the staff work hard, know what they are doing, are keeping the place as clean as possible, stock up as best they can, are trying their best to invite friendly people back, and operate with honor. My review: One of the only places left in this city that people can exist with no cover charge or service fee. I will gladly look here for cards, packs, and events before I ever go online for anything. To add to our frustration, they have a strict no-return policy, so we're stuck with parts that don't work for us. It's frustrating to rely on a shop that consistently misses the mark on customer needs and doesn't offer refunds for incorrect purchases. Hu?? really I said your joking right he said nope I'm like keep that oil and any other stuff I might need I wont buy anything from here! this could have been a great thing but to be like that cant even take 2 seconds to look at something with out wanting money or to get paid! I was shocked that never used to be like that people would give you help with something just as a courtesy good for business. well I had allot of money to spend there maybe not today but there's other cars I might have wanted down the road that one I just bought was $2200 well it wont be from there.
