I've never gone wrong with purchasing a gift here and I definitely will come back. They even have a punch card for loyalty which is amazing. Parking is a little tough since it's right on Monroe Center and street parking but I haven't had a big issue. I'm a huge fan overall and encourage people to stop in if they haven't!

The staff are always incredibly helpful and kind and will definitely help give you a recommendation based on what you like. I love the area in the front with self-published and local zines. It really is a small gesture but shows an effort to uplift and platform the local community and creatives. This location is definitely smaller than the other I visited, but there's still so much to find! There are several other stores along the street as well as the Art Museum, so it's a great place to stop by on a day out!

When I left the guy said I could call and make comic requests. When I did the guy answered the phone "hello". He didn't to seem to want to help me, and was rushing the convo. Unless your desperate for MTG play group, there's not much here especially in the way of comics. Best I can say is stop in and spend 5mins walking through what they have, after that no reason to go back.

I was so excited to arrive, it's attached to the mall with plenty of parking in what I feel was an old Toys-r-us. The store is MASSIVE and so well organized. There was a section for funko pops, plushies, apparel, used toys, new toys (xmen, dc, marvel, horror movies, etc), comics, hot wheels, legos, collectible cards, candy and more. The staff were super friendly and willing to help me find the items I was looking for. The prices on the items can range from a steal of a deal to a little pricey. I absolutely loved this store though and will for sure make sure to always come back when out visiting.

They often sell him the wrong items or are completely out of what he needs to get his RC car running. Most recently, he purchased a brushless motor they recommended, and we returned today hoping to buy a transmitter. To our surprise, we were informed that they wouldn't have any in stock until the end of August! To add to our frustration, they have a strict no-return policy, so we're stuck with parts that don't work for us. It's frustrating to rely on a shop that consistently misses the mark on customer needs and doesn't offer refunds for incorrect purchases. We won't be coming back and want to warn others to think twice before buying from them.

Good evening I just bought a Traxxas X-Maxx Ultimate over the past weekend at a different shop…read moreonly because they didn't have that one in stock. I work 2 blocks down the street so was looking at long term relation ship for this next step for me with this new hobby. I noticed the shocks didn't have oil in them so stop in to check asked them they said yes they should have had oil in them but maybe not enough I said well let me grab it from my Jeep and tell me what you think a kid looked to be 20 said there's a $30 charge for that! Hu?? really I said your joking right he said nope I'm like keep that oil and any other stuff I might need I wont buy anything from here! this could have been a great thing but to be like that cant even take 2 seconds to look at something with out wanting money or to get paid! I was shocked that never used to be like that people would give you help with something just as a courtesy good for business. well I had allot of money to spend there maybe not today but there's other cars I might have wanted down the road that one I just bought was $2200 well it wont be from there. ( its going to happen someone some ware will be having a heart attach but before any life saving measures happen there's going to be a charge)
