Melodi has boarded our Westie Mix Rescue, Oliver. Oliver is recovering from a traumatic past and Melodi goes above and beyond to see that he is comfortable and secure during boarding. Her knowledge and natural acuity for dogs is a gift. She is helping us with Oliver to come off sedated grooming to a normal grooming which is better for Oliver and for us, as his "parents". I'm a little embarrassed I haven't rated Melodi and team earlier. We've had our golden retriever groomed by Blue Bubbles for years now. She's the ONLY groomer I'd trust with our Bruce. I swear she's a dog whisperer. Our golden runs to go see Melodi when we pull up to her salon. He's got a lot of hair and hates the blow dryer, but Melody is so patient with him, always goes above and beyond and for a dog that has a lot of hair, it's nice to know someone knows what to do with his coat. I just want to say best service ever! I was in a really hard position when a lady at my apartment was dumping a dog... I tried different shelters but you needed an appointment. I was late to work and figured okay maybe he will stay in the bathroom but lets get the hair off of him (after work)! I cannot thank this business enough to stay open past hours to help this little man! I show up with this guy in a towel and over an hour later he looked like a dog! She was so kind and patient while shaving him! Overall she was really compassionate and empathetic!!! The little guy got mad at times but once the big matted messes were off he knew she was helping! First time using blue bubbles and they did a fantastic job. We have a dog that has extremely high anxiety and has a hard time getting used to new people and they were very patient and willing to deal with the crazy Australian Shepherd that we have. Now for the important part. Blue bubbles spa did such a good job grooming our pup. It was quick and the end result made our Zippy (our dog) look ready for summer. 10/10 would use again and plan on using again. I wish I had some more before pictures but I don't. read more

Melodi is my favorite dog groomer ever. She has an awesome traveling setup in her dog spa vehicle and is super friendly both with humans and dogs (usually people are good either with dogs or with humans but not both). I told her to keep doing what she's doing because I really like how she runs her business! She got up early on our most recent appointment and came to my place to groom our dog because she was booked for the rest of the day. That was nice of her to do instead of turning down our appointment request even though it was totally our fault for requesting the appointment super last minute during the holidays. Melodi is very friendly and very through. We talked a bit on the phone and I feel that she really understood our needs. She arrived a bit early, had a great rapport with the dogs, and even accommodated our special needs. Both dogs turned out great and it was nice to have them right outside instead of far away.
