When we made the reservation for the last day of our trip as that's what he said they had availability wise. The guy on the phone asks us to pick a boat I said we didn't know the difference so he picked it and we paid the deposit. On the day of the booking we get up early at 3am and make the 2hr drive to Bud N Mary's and are told to find the Spartan at the very end of the dock and she. We get there the owner claims he was never told of a booking by the front office and he has no caption. Then when he does find the message he was sent showing our booking he says the weather is too rough and he isn't even sure if he can get the captain out to drive it so we can go get a refund on our deposit. All the other charters were booked up. I get it that weather can be an issue and there might be some last minute changes, but overall this was a terrible and extremely disappointing experience. I can't not believe that a business would be run this way. I would not recommend this place based on my experience here.

After a 30 minute ride north, we arrived at a narrow flow in the mangroves. We stayed there all day. There was absolutely no reason to move as the fishing was fantastic all day. We caught Snapper, Sheepshead, Jacks, Black Drums, Red Fish, Catfish, Lady Fish....all day long. Aquablue Adventures brought the boat to Islamorada sandbar, the music and most importantly unlimited shots of Fireballs just in case u need a little warm up. The vibe is ... put a bathing suit, get in the water and relax as you will have arrived in Paradise.
