Our family of 4 did the 1/2 Day Reef and Wreck Private Fishing Charter on Fin Chaser- 38' Topaz Express at 5pm with captain Jordan Edinger and first mate Kishian. We had an absolutely incredible experience! My brother wanted to catch a shark on his graduation trip, so we set up the evening charter trip with these guys and they did NOT disappoint! Not only did we catch A shark, but we caught 4! Overall we caught 2 nurse sharks, 2 lemon sharks, a few barracuda, yellow tail snappers, blue runners and a bonito fish. (picture of all but the sharks hung up at the dock) Jordan took us over a reef and a shipwreck. He was knowledgeable about both locations and was able to get us catches at both locations. We were the only boat on either location. He also made quick but effective work when filleting the fish when we got back to the dock. He gave us suggestions on where to take our fish or how to prepare it. There wasn't a single pin-bone in any of the fish! Kishian was absolutely incredible and made the trip 10x more enjoyable! He had the fishing gear all set up and ready to go by the time we docked at the 1st and 2nd sites. Kishian taught all of us how to properly reel the fish in for this area and made sure we had the right bait and helped us keep an eye on the lines as we really didn't know what we were doing at the start of the trip (and only knew very little of what Kishian and Jordan knew by the end!). Kishian was encouraging and helped you reel in fish that were big and made you feel that you accomplished it on your own. Jordan and Kishian made an amazing team and really made this trip absolutely incredible! If this company's other employees are half as good, they are amazing! read more

1/2 day with Capt. Bill & Hunter. My 1st time- such an amazing experience and he was extremely patient teaching me from scratch. The captain/sea jokes were terrible! Terribly good! You can bring food and drinks onboard, just make sure you're not so seasick that you never even touched not one piece of wing Fed his pets & saw manatees by dock as we waited for him clean, filet & bag our catches. PS: Fish house down the street can cook your catches soo yup, take it straight there after and thank me later. read more

Fantastic Fishing trip even without catching anything bigger than a 10lb King Mackerel. Captain Ryan was a total pro and his equally pleasant mates Eric and Sean worked their butts off to stir up the action on multiple reefs resulting in 4 or 5 lbs of good eatin dog snapper, grouper and yellow fish, which we had prepared 3 ways for terrific dinner on the dock at Skipper's. Sharkeys does the same "cook what you catch" right next door. The No Fear isn't fancy but the more than ample cabin was super comfortable for lunch and hanging and to warm up during this cold front. It's a luxury to have you hooks constantly baited, the catch cold stored and cleaned at the end of the trip. We'll be getting back on the NO FEAR, hoping to land a big sailfish or tuna next time. read more

10/10 Eric is a hell of a fisherman and he really made this experience. Took out "No Fear" and caught a ton of fish. Had an interesting technique that did not fail. A bunch of fighters and a lot of good eating. Even threw out the big reel and my son caught a lemon shark (video is better than photos but won't post for some reason). An amazing group of guys running these boats! After taking two different charters during my vacation time the thing that stands out the most is that I wouldn't hesitate at all to book again! We caught more fish than I can count and had a most memorable experience. Huge shout-out to Capt. Bill on the No Fear for making our Christmas fishing adventure one that will always be remembered. My wife and I had the extreme pleasure of joining John and Jordon on a full day fishing charter in November, 2020. This was the first day out following a hurricane / tropical storm which had threatened and ravaged the area for a couple weeks so we weren't sure what to expect. Josh and Jason made sure we had an amazing day. Besides catching enough yellowfin snapper for dinner for four, our captain and mate threw aside all else when we came upon a leatherback turtle in distress. This poor guy had the ropes from a lobster trap wrapped around his neck and flippers. As he struggled, the ropes were getting tighter and tighter. The Captain and mate of the John and Jordon wasted no time in pulling up alongside this amazing creature and struggling for over 15 minutes to free him. What an amazing experience! Josh and Jason made sure we had a great experience all day...they engaged us in all aspects of fishing and made sure we were comfortable and having fun. When we returned to the marina they cleaned our catch for us so we could take it up a local restaurant to be prepared. We would wholeheartedly recommend spending a day on the water aboard with them. It will be a day to remember! read more

Captain Jordan and First Mate Andrew were AWESOME at putting us on the fish. We got lots of them!! The only thing that bothered me was the Fin Chaser was not at all as described on the website. The inside cabin was not able to be used at all. We couldn't escape the heat for a break in comfort. It appeared to be under construction. The bathroom was not ideal. We have a big family and wouldn't have chosen this boat if we were aware of this ahead of time. Great fishing but hope you get the boat fixed up so we can come back next year!! read more

My wife, 16yo, 10yo and I Took the 4 hour excursion w Jordan and John and the day was awesome. We hit two spots. The first to catch dinner and the 2nd for some sporting fish. We were at the first spot for more than 2 hours and proceeded to catch upwards of 18 fish. Some we kept and some we used to bait for larger fish. It was nonstop action and both John and Jordan were helping the kids work the poles and both were hands on when there was a fish on to help them haul them in. They made it appropriately challenging for the kids and they never stopped smiling. We moved to the wreck fishing spot for the final hour or so and the lines weren't in the water for more than 5 min before we started hitting some bigger sport fish. We caught two barracudas but had at least half dozen other LARGE fish on that we'd fight for a few minutes only to see them get eaten by something even bigger. The action was awesome and the look on the kids faces with each barracuda was priceless. These guys run a great shop. Very polite, great with the kids and fun guys all around. This Is a no brainer. We just wish we had done the 5 hour tour. read more

We took 4, 13-year old boys on our excursion, only one of whom had been deep sea fishing in the past, and they made sure that it was a positive, memorable experience for them. Once back at the dock, John cleaned our catch for us, took pictures, and recommended a local restaurant that would prepare our fresh catch for us. Highlight of our Keys Vacation This past Friday we fished on the Fin Chaser , doing a 5 hr morning trip. We arrived a little early and Capt Jordan and John were ready to go. Capt Jordan took a few minutes to talk about the type fishing we wanted to do , our goal was to catch Mahi Mahi . He explained it was a little early in the season , however s few were out there. The mate John immediately got all rigged for mahi fishing . We had a great day catching 18 mahi and 2 wahoo . John was a great coach and explained a lot to us on using the equipment . These guys were great and would highly recommend . They also cleaned our catch , and recommended Skippers to have our fish cooked .it was excellent , we still have about 60 lbs of fish to enjoy when we get home . Thanks guys it was great. read more

I have been bringing a business group to the area for many years and always fish with Key Largo Fishing Adventures! The Captains always know where to find the fish and the deck hands are the hardest working in the business. I have never had a boat come back without a ton of fish! The captain always cuts them up on the dock when we return so guests can try FRESH sushi and they love it. I wouldn't fish with anyone else in the keys. Fabulous job no matter what kind of group you have!!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could read more
