We paid for a package of personal lessons, and had an instructor cancel as the last minute. The class was re-scheduled, then the instructor reportedly showed up to the pick up location at a certain time and left at a certain time. Surveillance cameras showed otherwise. Then the driver reportedly texted the student, which was also untrue. Clearly, they are operating under a different business model. Waiting on a refund now.
