I discussed the cost of a fence and availability and was provided an invoice from Bronco Fence. I paid the invoiced amounts for parts and labor in advance of inspection, as I was out of town. (Without extreme details here, I will state that I supplied them with all the documentation of their invoice and proof of payment.) Upon Inspection when I returned, the vinyl fence was very poorly installed and unstable. The employee I worked with was no longer with the company. I reached out to have Bronco fence correct the problem and for over a month and a 1/2 of weekly, bi-weekly calls, I have been put off . The owner told the staff he wanted to see my fence but has been too busy to even put me on his schedule or talk to me.
