I've used Thoro clean for the last 4 years, or so. Ive been very happy with their service, and the gentleman who have cleaned the carpets have been so great. This last time there was some water damage on my less than a year old console, and when I called they sent Mr Thoro Clean himself out. He took lots of picture, and told me there was no way there machine made the marks. When I told him there was not way his machine did not make the marks, then he became very snotty , and rude.Needless to say they are not doing anything about my beautiful, now blemished console. If you do indeed decide to go with them for your carpet cleaning, then I would most definitely take pictures of everything I'm your house the could be ruined, and make sure it's time stamped! read more

He was very knowledgeable and helpful as I contemplated three different options. Their bid was to my liking to replace the carpet in the family room, repair the existing carpet in several places and clean the carpet, stairs and landings. Oscar did all of the work on the scheduled day and time. He showed up at the exact time we scheduled and completed the work on time. Great company! A very helpful rep got us scheduled right away (next day service!) and they sent out a couple of very polite & knowledgeable guys who got the job done quick! It was a carpet repair job- cutting and re stretching and my carpet looks great!
