She made an assessment based on what I told her I needed the most help with and helped to make me feel more confident in my skin. Raquel was so gentle with her injectables, it didn't feel like anything! The place is really well kept and clean, which is definitely something you'd want to see when going to a medspa. After we were done, the staff asked me how everything was to ensure that I had a good experience (in which in fact I did). I want to warn everyone: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They are essentially a scam, trying to take people's money with their overpriced products. I plan to file a complaint with Orogold directly. While the product might be good, the staff at this location are borderline crazy. Last year, I bought a package of facials. When I went in for the free one, the relaxing experience was ruined by a pushy salesperson trying to sell me another package for their red light technology. It was ridiculous and completely took me out of my relaxation. She was persistent and basically harassed me. I never booked any of the facials from my $600 package--a lesson learned about purchasing service packages. I even tried disputing the charge with my credit card company but was denied twice. A year later, a salesperson approached me in the mall, and I decided to see if they could do anything about my unused $600 package. They were nice and booked me for a facial. However, the next day, they called to change the appointment time. We agreed on a new time, but then they called again the following day to change it once more. After multiple calls and changes, I expressed my frustration. A woman then got on the phone and was rude and forceful. Neither she nor the previous caller would give me their names, which I need to dispute this again with my credit card company. Overall, I doubt I'll get my money back, so I'm sharing this on social media: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I had little expectation when I went to her. Soon after I had my second facial with her, she informed me that she was moving to the Newhall location which is closer to me. That was when she introduced me to Organic Sweat Shack in which her business is located (great partnership)which is another review on its own. Fast forward 2019, and I have become a loyal client. Susanna is very knowledgeable, honest and patient. She has made my skin feel baby soft (and I am in my 50s) compared to how it was before. Also, she has given me confidence in going out without make up. I have received compliments but the best one was when someone commented how she loves my skin even without make up and asked how I maintain it. My response- you have to go to Susanna! I now have a renewed commitment and have now been a strong believer of taking care of my skin. I wished I started earlier but not too late for anyone.
