This Sephora has consistently performed flawlessly for me since it opened. The selection in-store matches, for the most part, what is available online. It is clean and well organized and there is so much to look at and sample that it can occupy an hour before even heading to the cash register. I love that one can have makeup done. And, best of all, they deliver locally. When I order in the morning, I have my product, beautifully packaged, by early afternoon, carefully placed at the bench outside my door. They always seem to have products I want right on launch day. So, I was able to get the brand new Westman Atelier foundation yesterday, when it premiered. How great is that! It's been awhile since I've been into a Sephora to actually play with the makeup and see what caught my eye. I came in around noon time, which was nice cause it wasn't overly crowded like it usually is. Alex greeted me and asked if I needed any help, which I did and he pointed me in the right direction. I stopped by this Sephora location inside Valencia Town Center on a Saturday afternoon. The moment we walked inside, the workers greeted us and ask if we needed any assistance. My wife asked for a brush so they told her where it was. The store was busy during the afternoon probably because of the holidays sales starting early. There were worker s throughout the store so if you needed any help, you'll be able to find them easily. While my wife was shopping around, I went to look at their cologne area. I booked my wife a full hour makeover. We live 2 hours away so we came down the night before and got a room so that we wouldn't have to get up early and head up in the morning. There's not a Sephora nearby us. We get a phone call at 9:30am (appointment at noon) that our appointment was cancelled since the tech called in. I understand people get sick and things come up. Our situation was just a little different with having the 2 hour drive especially paying $6 per gallon for gas. They didn't seem remorseful at all. Just was in Sephora spent $$$ came home and the Dolce roll on perfume I purchased is empty. You can tell it was used. I call the store right away and I got an attitude from the S.P. They especially get you while you're waiting in line with the smaller-sized items you've been wondering about that cost a fraction of the regular-sized items.
