I have found my new injector and I am never looking back. Hayes is truly exceptional! I've had Botox in the past, but this experience was next level. Our appointment started with Hayes conducting a skilled and thorough examination of my face, explaining her process and expert opinions. Terrible bedside manner. His priority seemed to be leaving the room as quickly as possible rather than focusing on my mother, who was there for a follow-up appointment regarding the procedure he performed. Although he answered our questions, each response was rushed and brief, and his body remained angled toward the door the entire time. My parents, who do not speak English, mentioned that he said very little and provided no aftercare instructions following the procedure. I ended up calling the office and following the instructions provided by the staff. I decided to attend the three-month follow-up appointment myself, as the bump on my mother's neck had become even more prominent than it was before the procedure, and I wanted to understand what was going on. His recommendation was to perform another procedure to remove the cyst. All in all, I'm sure he's skilled and capable as a surgeon with other procedures, but patients still deserve adequate time, thoughtful communication, and appropriate courtesy. read more

Dr. Heller is an incredible Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, and I am so thankful he is the doctor who performed my "Mommy Makeover." As a mother of three, I had finally gotten back down to my ideal weight; however, that journey had resulted in a 113 lb. weight loss over 9 years. I knew that diet and exercise had done all it could, and I would never get rid of the loose and sagging skin without surgery/augmentation. I knew immediately during my consultation with Dr. Heller that he was the right choice. I had originally gone to consultations with several other surgeons, but I was disappointed with their lack of attention to the complexity of the surgery or reassurance of minimizing risks. I was also shocked during my search that not all plastic surgeons are board certified. Other surgeons made statements such as, "worst case scenario, we do a revision surgery later." However, Dr. Heller was different because not only is Dr. Heller Board Certified, but he also explained all the precautions he takes so the surgery has the best cosmetic and medical outcome the first time. There will always be risks, but I knew that my best results and lowest risk of complications would be with Dr. Heller as my surgeon.
