We had our patio redone recently. Rich was professional and easy to work with. We had some specialty items, septic lid covers, that hold pavers which made the install more challenging. I was a bit worried about this party of the install but they did a good job. They didn't rush through the work, but they did finish the job quickly. Artemio and the other worker (I didn't get his name) knew their stuff and made it look easy (But I know it's a lot of work!). They worked quickly and worked hard but also very professionally and didn't take short cuts. They took the time to make the lids look right and function properly. It's important so I don't have to rip out pavers to find the lids next time. Heck they even made the underside of the lids look clean. Eco also didn't try to upsell on more than I wanted to do and offered a reasonable price right up front.
