I wish I could leave zero stars. I had been using this company, twice a year, since 2015. The crew was always pleasant and efficient and the owner Gerry would be there. In the spring of 2023, I was scheduled for an appt. Jared arrived at my door, alone, and was visibly agitated. When I asked what I could do to help, he swore about the scope of the job. He began to toss my screens on the deck. I became anxious about having him in my home, so I called a male friend to come over. Jared began to yell about my "stinking" backyard and continued his swearing. At that point, I called the phone number I always used to tell Gerry I was asking Jared to leave; no answer. I told Jared to leave and he began to yell at me about a refund, screens and came into my friends' face, still swearing. We both went inside; I was feeling intimidated and frightened. I tried calling Gerry about four times; with no response. I locked my screen door and Jared came around to leave a receipt. Through the door, he yelled one of the most vile swears I have heard. My neighbor heard the yelling and was getting ready to call the police. I sent Gerry a letter, then a certified letter, requesting a refund for my prepaid spring and fall services. Still no response, I began the process of going to small claims court. After serving the papers, I received a phone call from Kim and the matter was financially settled. I felt unsafe and intimidated; I would hope no other person would experience this outrage. I did end up filing a police report, as well. read more

Excellent job. The owner, Jerry, and a crew of 4 showed up, an hour late, and did all the windows, inside and out, in about 15 minutes. They removed and cleaned all the screens. 2 worked inside and 3 outside. They were polite and friendly. And the windows look great. Thank you for a job well done. read more

I Had been using this company since 2002. Shocked and appalled at the behavior of the owner Jared. When asked to kindly wear a mask in my home, he on at least 4 occasions used the FXXK word. Said " what gives you the right to ask me a FuXXing medical question.". When really, I only wanted him to simply wear a mask indoors in my home. Jared (the owner's son) was very aggressive, beligllerant and continued to use abusive language towards me. I tried calling the 800 number, but received no response. Since July 16, 2022, I have left several, very kind requests for the office person (Kimberly) to return my call as I had hoped not to have to write such a stinging review. I have always had good service from his dad Jerry and I thought, a good rappor with the office gal, Kimberly. I remained outdoors the entire time as not to engage with such a vile person nor be exposed to him. The job was NOT completed as my two, high front round windows were not done, nor was my front or rear door. When I asked about the round windows, Jared replied "it's too FuXXinag hot today and I am not doing them." The company has a policy stated on their materials. If your not satisfied, simply call us. Well it appears, they do not respond if you are displeased. They also generally complete my home with more than one worker--this was not the case on this day. I did pay the entire amount by check as I was afraid he would become even more belligerent if I withheld the check. I would give them ZERO stars. We had our windows cleaned months ago and they did not do any of the sills or slider. We called back... after months of chasing them down and limited communication/response, someone showed up. He yelled at me from the walkway saying he could not get the screens out and to just vacuum it. I did not know he could not get the screens out, he did not say anything when he was here. I tried to ask if everything was okay and completely unsure as to why he was yelling at me - with my children around - and he said his wife told him it was just to clean the slider. I will not be using them again and will not refer to them to anyone. Completely unprofessional and maybe a little unstable? Not sure why he was so upset. read more

We had a great experience with these folks. We've used them on two houses and everyone who came, from young men to older owner were responsive, friendly, hard working and incredibly dedicated to doing a good job. Our house is large and on the water so the windows get dirty. They used several methods to rid the windows of marks. When we saw areas that needed more, they attended to them willingly. They also offered to come back if we noticed anything we weren't happy with. What a refreshing experience to have a nice company to work with! read more

I had this window cleaning service today. Waited for them. They did a terrible job and did not completely wash windows. Last time they were great. THIS TIME THEY WERE AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! They did not completely finish washing out windows downstairs, left the oak inserts, outside, on the patio. Did not clean the skylights and left the screen to the skylight dirty and unattached to the skylight, making all the bugs come in. I called them several times. They were to arrive at 8:00 a.m. They arrived at 9:30 and left at 10:45. One of the workers had an 11:00 a.m. appointment. Not our problem. They charged $150.00 dollars for a job which was not complete. Since our house in on several levels and we are seniors 82 and 83, we have chair lifts and were unable to check each level, before they announced they were leaving. This is elder abuse. This is not legal. We have an invoice which states they were to clean all windows in and out. Instead they damaged some windows, screens and did not wash some windows. They did not return our calls and we are left with dirty windows. I do not know what their problem is, but I seriously suggest you not hire them. read more

As 20-year satisfied customers, we were especially shocked and disappointed to have a miserable experience this time around. 2-person crew appeared an hour early - which we were able to accommodate. As they were not wearing masks (mandates recently lifted in RI), we asked if they were vaccinated and they said no. We asked them to please wear masks when inside the house, and were immediately met with belligerence and aggressive, abusive language, including the demand that if they had to mask, we had to mask - to which we immediately said, "no problem," as that is our preference when indoors with unvaccinated folks not part of our usual 'bubble.' Though they did comply, one of the 2 continued to gripe nastily, and loudly enough to make sure we could hear him; the other, to his credit apologized for his colleague's behavior. Then the Owner arrived, and was even more rude and belligerent than his worker regarding using a mask when inside the house, yelling "I don't need a mask!". In very short order, he stormed out, saying "I'll send you a check" (as we usually pre-pay), told his workers to pack up, and left. The worker who had been belligerent rolled up the hoses, told husband "I'm done talking to you" and made ready to leave. Very begrudgingly, at husband's insistence, they did return the screens to their proper window locations before leaving, though did not actually reinstall all of them. They then left, work not done - not even begun, in fact. Made me wonder if their early arrival might have been due to a similar walk-out at a previous house that day . . . Need hardly say that we will not be engaging them for work again!! read more

Professional, thorough, and reasonable!!! Will be using these guys every spring. The entire crew removed their shoes while working inside the house and they even removed, cleaned, and replaced all our screens. They'll even come back if we notice any streaks on the windows. read more
