I reached out to Tyler via Yelp, and he came out the following morning to give a quote. He got up on a ladder and inspected all the gutters and downspouts. He was very thorough and professional. The quote was very reasonable. Tyler came out the next day and did a fantastic job. He cleaned all the gutters thoroughly, blew any remaining sticks and leaves off the roof, and detached one of the downspouts that was clogged and thoroughly cleaned it. He did a great job cleaning up. While he was here, he measured all of the gutters and is going to quote me for installing gutter guards. Gutters are something you don't spend a lot of time thinking about. These guys really deserve the five stars. Two ceiling tiles collapsed and I needed them put…read moreback-- in addition to needing an opinion on what to do about a dryer vent. The floor beneath the collapsed tiles was very messy and the situation really was a sort of emergency because I am quite elderly and did not have the strength to fix the two tiles and clean the floor. Ben came out and was very knowledgeable about ceiling tiles and dryer vents. He seemed to have a talent for handyman tasks. He was polite, organized, and had all the equipment necessary for the task. The company advertises "window cleaning and more." The price was reasonable and I sure am a fan of "Dufault." (When people look them up, they spell the name of the company wrong.)
