Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. We are very happy!

I met with them during the opening and trusted their professional recommendations. Once I was no longer there supervising, however, it became one additional charge after another. They identified plumbing issues and recommended that I pay to have the plumbing redone. I followed their recommendation and paid the additional cost. Yet the leaks that were part of the reason for addressing the plumbing still weren't resolved, and I was then faced with attempts to charge me even more. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.

My son then calls me & says that no one is there & when I call them to see where their rep. is, Pool World Lady tells me, how do I have the Nerve not to be there & let my 25 YO son be there instead. Are you serious! I said I have to work & I could talk to their Rep. on the Phone instead. They want to set up another Appt. for 2 weeks. Stay Away with Nervy people that do not act professional or Appreciate your business. If I Spoke to my Clients This way, I would be out of a Job. A nice guy who says what he'll do and do what he says. Install has some bumps due to existing conditions but were resolved and fix with little additional cost. I also called him, and him alone, to install a safety cover this Fall. Same experience. Highly recommend Vinnie and A+. I wish all contractors operated with the same level of honesty and workmanship.

Since my pool was replaced by another company several years ago (horrible experience by a company that DIDN'T stand behind their work), I have been chasing a "ghost leak". Vinnie has spent hours with me, texting, on the phone, walking around my pool with sensors and sending his workers underwater trying to satisfy my obsession of finding why my pool level keeps dropping. He has never been condescending and has always been responsive. After years of putting bags of water around my winter pool cover, I finally gave in and had Vinnie install one of his spring-loaded pool covers. We chose the color and thickness, and that was it. A couple of weeks later it was installed -- no muss or fuss. To show the confidence we have in Vinnie and A+ Pools, we converted our chlorine pool to a state-of-the-art copper ionized one at his suggestion. To be honest, we have had some minor issues with the conversion, but Vinnie has always quickly and professionally responded to them. To me, that's what separates A+ (and Vinnie) from the hundreds of other people who ride around and call themselves "pool professionals". I can't account for the negative reviews I've seen on this website, but their experiences are light-years apart from mine. I sincerely hope they have better luck with someone else, but I'm sticking with Vinnie and would gladly recommend him to anyone else.

They came the next day tested My lines no issue, the skimmer found to have a small leak. less than an hour here charged 948.70 Now I am being told the repair would cost even More.
