Follow up inspection they told me I needed a new pump. they replaced the pump and I still had a very slow leak which I just decided to live with. This year I had another leak and a FLO reading error on the topside display (squirrel living in hot tub chewed through a line.) They fixed the line and some other electrical stuff charged me $300 and left. Next day tub was down 6-inches and flow reading was back. They came back out fixed a second leak and charged me $50. The next day the FLO error was back, they told me I need to replace the pump they put in 13-months ago. I am moving on to a new hot tub tech.

We called Pool World and they were extremely professional and promptly came out for an estimate. The price was reasonable and I felt like I could trust them. They did not try to upsell us on things we didn't need and were committed to helping us get our pool up and running. I like that they are a small local business and you feel welcomed when you stop by their location. Within two weeks, the liner arrived and they scheduled the install. As it turns out, our pool had an unexpected issue that was not Pool World's fault and they went above and beyond to help us fix it. I was so impressed by their willingness to support us and turn over every stone to identify and correct the issue. They gave us excellent support and far exceeded my expectations. Dave the Service Manager and the team were great and I'm so happy to have worked with them. We will continue to use Pool World and highly recommend them .

Here's how their process works: At the beginning, you deal with a salesperson who is very sweet, agreeable, and promises everything. Once you agree, they send you a 5-6 page contract that is poorly written and very hard to understand. After signing and paying a large deposit, you are handed off to accounting--who seems to have no idea what the salesperson promised. That's when the problems begin. They start issuing change orders for items that should have been anticipated: Claiming the grade is higher than shown on plans, resulting in a change order of thousands of dollars Charging thousands more for dewatering Equipment location scam: My equipment was planned and bid to be about 30 feet from the pool, which was clearly part of the original scope. After signing, Tom (the owner) suddenly stated equipment is only allowed 10 feet from the pool and demanded $100 per linear foot to extend it. This was never clearly disclosed upfront. Tom, the owner, is rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, especially once you're under contract and financially committed. On top of all this, the project was completed 4 months later than the contract deadline. Final Advice If you choose to work with them: Get EVERY detail in writing Clarify equipment distances Confirm grading assumptions Ask about dewatering costs Have a lawyer review the contract Otherwise, be prepared to pay far more than the original price. What looks like a "good deal" upfront can easily turn into paying nearly double by the end. I would not recommend this company.

I "fixed" it each year with globs of "underwater epoxies, silicon, etc." but this year I lost about 3/4" per day and try as I may could not find any additional leaks. It was time to bring in the pros Samantha and her husband Ed. The pool was thoroughly investigated via sonar and dye testing and they found the culprit-my other pool light!! Ed repaired it as well as my other messy pool light fix with a neat and patient application of a special epoxy. I performed the bucket test again and my leak is gone! I highly recommend Pool Patcher for solving my multi year pool headache and I'm not worried about losing any more water or pool chemicals thanks to them.

Because the saw was out of the box and we attempted to start the saw, the item is not returnable because Lowes cannot re-sell the item After speaking with Lowes Executive Team, the only option is to go through an Authorized Dealer to fix a brand new saw that has never been used. When you purchase an item, the expectation is that the item will work and you take it out of the box. Unfortunately, we made the assumption that the saw would work and now the item is not returnable because we assumed incorrectly. Morale of the story is buy directly from an Authorized Dealer.
