It wasn't like any other hot-stone massage i received before. This one was actually a combination of swedish, shiatsu, SE Asia and reflexology "highlighted" with hot stones. I didn't need to tell Jessie, my therapist, about the tension in my shoulders. She found it and got rid of all the knots. She spent a considerable amount of time and pressure on my shoulders. The massage was very thorough and very relaxing. The only negative point I have is that the massage rooms aren't "real rooms". They're three walls (not completely to the ceiling and the 4th wall is a curtain. Because of this, you can hear a lot of outside noise which may distract you from fully relaxing. But this was one of the better massages I've ever received, and half the price of a cruise ship or other resort spa. I'm definitely returning here soon.

I could hear the phone ring, people talking, and could smell someone's lunch. It was all very distracting, but I had bought a few so I had to come back to just hope for the best. I've come a few times now, on and off Groupons, and think they are great. I often come after the gym so my muscles are very tight at first, but I always feel a world of difference after. When I got to the place I was greeted fairly soon and shown to a room. I asked the woman if I had to get undressed for a foot massage and she said yes. The massage started as an upper body massage and I asked if this was part of the foot massage and I was told yes. Then after the massage was almost complete there was maybe 2 minutes of the foot massage. I was told next time we can do that. As you can imagine I was unhappy because that was the whole purpose of coming in. Then at checkout they wanted to charge me for a full body massage which I refused to pay for because it was not the service I wanted. I would also like to mention during the massage the woman stopped several time to text on her phone. I will not be going back.
