They made us fill out a form for covid related info and then we were taken into the room. We did a couples massage but for covid reasons we were not in the same room - not a big deal. The room was warm and the beds were heated. From the beginning my massage therapist was attentive and paid attention to all of the problem areas. She was thorough and I felt amazing afterwards. I had to wear a mask when I flipped over - which was fine and preferred for me - and she wore a mask and a face shield/goggles so I felt even safer. However, we ended up waiting for over 40 minutes as for some reason, the receptionist in the front took other people that came in after us to the back. From what we heard, they were also walk-in clients, no appointments reserved prior to them coming in, so that got us feeling a bit too impatient. I really needed the massage though and my body felt so good after. I wouldn't stop by without a reservation prior if possible.
