I've had Mediterranean in several countries. Can't believe it was so good from this little town. Definitely stop by... falafel is crunchy & moist. baba ghanouj is smokey. hummus is smooth. i prefer these dips served warm (perhaps they will serve warm if you ask)... either way still delicious. 10/10 read more

Amazing. You must have dinner if you are in the Brownsville area. On Fridays they have a special menu. Today it was chicken biryani and nihari beef. Both were amazing. Check their Facebook profile to see what is on the special menu. Extremely authentic Lebanese food. Take a break from tacos and TexMex. You won't be disappointed. Blue eye bistro is a small mom and pop Lebanese restaurant, the environment is inviting and the service, the food is made fresh, we had the Beef aguachile, the meat pie, trio eggrolls, chicken croissant burger, cheese burger with bacon and pizzas The food was phenomenal, the lighting was nice and got to enjoy some free karaoke with the owners as well! read more

I went to Blue Eye with a large group from work and was blown away by the quality of the food as well as the service. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating. We got a large selection of appetizers including meat pies, spinach pies, baba ghanoush, and salad. For main dishes we mostly ordered gyros and shawarma which were excellent.
