I get the basic wash which does its job of cleaning the car. Ofcourse those hard to remove spots will be needing some extra work after ur done as the machines dont remove them. You have to find a good vacuum because some have little or no suction power. Their website is down, so if you need any kind of service regarding ur plan or payment method you will have to step down and be assisted at the office. I am always worried from any damage to the car as they wont cover it. read more

I'm customer of that car wash from almost 2 yrs before it was called BLUE FIN CAR WASH now SUDS DELUXE CAR WASH took over the car wash they are very unprofessional yesterday when I got an incident with them when I went to the car wash and during the car wash my car tail light broke down then the manager came to me and he said your car tail light came out and then he put tape over there and told me to email his supervisor called name Andy then I emailed him yesterday and today morning I got a email that I have a double tape inside and it was already broken but that's not true I took out the tape which they put yesterday and showed them that's not a double tape it's just a manufacturing stickers and then the manger said I didn't said it's double tape my Supervisor Andy said it's double tape! He is changing there statements cause they don't want to fix my car now! Very bad experience! I recommend not to go there they are a liars! The tunnel damaged my brand new truck. The manager was literally standing there and saw it as it happened! When I pulled back around and showed him the damage he played dumb and wouldn't acknowledged anything. Asked for the corporate phone number and he refused to give me that as well. This place is pretty great. The set up is DIY detailing with an automatic car wash/ride through kind of deal. It's good if you need a quick clean out. They also offer detailing services for a price and they do a pretty good job. My only complaint is that I've been flat out told "no" when I've asked for those services before. I went there today and got a $16.00 wash. The wash was fine but when I got to the vacuums they did not work. In fact there was a sign posted that they would be down 3-5 days!!! When I complained to the manager, no refund was offered, so I went down to quick quack carwash and got a great wash. On Sunday, October 21st, at approximately 10:15 am, my wife took her Ford Expedition to this car wash. She was excited about its opening, as it is close to other businesses she frequents during the week. When she went through the car wash, the machinery inside the wash RIPPED her passenger side windshield wiper completely off of her SUV. When she immediately notified the nearest employee of the incident, said employee retrieved her (by now destroyed and mangled) wiper blade from the wash and told her that they were not responsible for any damage to vehicles. She asked to speak to a manager, to which she was told one would be summoned. When the manager finally spoke to my wife, he said that they were not liable for any damage to vehicles whatsoever. Apparently, this rule applies to normal, unaltered vehicles with dangly parts like windshield wipers. Remember this if you decide to give this company your money for their services. The wash quality was not bad for the $10 price. They try to upsell their membership plan which from reading the other reviews, might be near impossible to cancel. Their vacuums are something else. A Fischer Price toy vacuum for toddlers will most definitely have more suction power. Even if we assume these vacuums were put together by a few kids for an elementary school show & tell - it does not explain how bad they are. This is not an exaggeration. If you want to waste 10 minutes getting your hands dirty on a grease encrusted vacuum hose, while standing next to a loud turboprop, go for it; otherwise I would just stick to the occasional, "no other choice", cheap car wash. read more

On today 10/15/2021 I took my 2020 Tundra truck to get it washed at the above location. The car wash knocked off the cover of my right side mirror. I talked to a Hispanic guy who said "Sorry we don't cover that it never happened before."I said I know this business has insurance. The guy continued to say sorry no insurance. I asked for the manager and he said I am the manager. Then he went and got another guy Andy Gonzales who said he was the manager. I asked him about the company fixing the damage, and he said they are not liable for damages. I asked to speak to the owner and they said he was out of town in Dallas. I took pictures and I will be following up. Folks use caution ,be aware that this carwash they're not gonna fix any damaged their machine causes. Poor customer service. read more

$26 for a monthly pass with tire shine and wax. You can wash and vacuum your vehicle everyday for less than a dollar a day. All these people with these negative reviews whining. Unbelievable. I've tried hard to give these people my business...it seems like the harder I try the less interested they are in having it. So, I'm done at Blue Fin. Their customer service sucks, their detailing is over priced, and they really don't seem to care either way. I had a front counter person tell me (after waiting for 20 minutes for her to come back to her work station) after I told her I could get the same package cheaper and quicker at Mister Car Wash, that that would be fine with her. So, as much as I don't care for Mister, it's back there that I go. Just FYI, Blue Fin charges an "upsize" fee for SUVs. If my wife's vehicle was a Suburban I wouldn't have a problem with that, but a GMC Terrain isn't an upsize of anything!! Currently the sign on the front door only says that the lobby is closed. Makes no mention that the entire facility is closed until further notice...that might be a nice thing to mention on a website, Facebook page, or note on the door... read more

Vacuums don't work or have very little suction. More frustrating and time-consuming than it's worth.

Don't usually take the time to review, but first impressions are meaningful. I wouldn't tell the customer--after selling them on the $90 wash/detail package--that the process will take 30 minutes if it's going to actually be 2 hours. Actual job was solid on the outside and paneling was all cleaned well; carpeting however was still super damp/wet when we went to bed that night, so much so that I fear the car has a bit of mildew. Ive been trying to reach someone at this business in order to cancel my car wash membership for serval days now. I have left an email and tried calling the business multiple times. No one ever answers the phone and the voicemail is not set up. I've now been charged for my membership again. I think for a car service that offers memberships to have zero customer service over the phone or email is not ideal. I also had my car scratched at this location. I am very displeased. read more

I accidentally left groceries (raw meat) in the hot trunk all day/night! Eek!!! Not only did they provide amazing customer service (everyone was so nice and understanding), but they also got rid of the odor COMPLETELY!!! They did a phenomenal job detailing the inside and outside of the car (no detail was missed). My car looks (and smells) like it has been restored to its showroom floor glory days! Used the self serve wash, not impressed. Overpriced, left spots and the trunk of my suv is still dirty. There is a 10 minute limit on vacuums (what?! Who does that?!) and worst of all the vacuums don't even have much suction. The attachment on the first one I used kept coming off the hose so I had to switch to a different one. Mom & wife called around for full detail shampoo, wax interior clean with seats wiped for my new/used crv for Christmas. They told mom and wife around 80 -as you can read in another listing below.. Mom goes to get it and they have a 130 card waiting with a tricky 10 bonus.. she asks why and they say oh he can do the detail and then just use this like a debit card after that..I plan the time, take the car seats out, and go with my mom the other day, and they tell us there is no detail for under 90 or 90 -even though they told them both that to buy the card... --she says it;s actually 40 to clean the inside, 40 to shampoo the carpets, 40 to wax the car and 40 to condition the seats, and Oh by the way -even though that's 40 more than we quoted you, and you told us it was a crv, -- it's actually 10 more for each of those bc its a larger car -an SUV.... yep the crv they spoke of before - so now its a 200.00 job.... So I'm like, "hey don't worry forget this I'll explain the simple facts to manager; this is simple, this sale was hard core miscommunicated -hard core; we haven't used any services; we have the card we used; we have the receipt; lets just stop this crazy train right now and go somewhere else. Nope; par for the course the mgr says the owner does no refunds... I'm like Huh.. I'm a lawyer; that makes no sense.. but I say ok Ill just email him. I email and cordially explain the details and request a refund. No answer I email again no answer... what a creep.. This place is clearly ran by a fraud. The punk is lucky he wasn't there that day. This is literally fraudulent misrepresentation and bait and switch among other things. Hate to be negative but I have had repeated bad experiences. The management and workers do the absolute bare minimum with no sense of customer service. The customer is always wrong to them. I paid for a basic wash and they refused to use the broom brush to scrub the front/back where car washes typically don't get. Well, as expected, my car didn't even look like it had been washed and when I raised this with the employee and manager (looked like I woke him up as he walked past all the trash lying around) and he refused saying I had to buy a higher package. I told him all the other car washes provide this very fundamental service and pointed out all the apathetic employees doing nothing. He didn't care. I explained that even if I buy a $1.00 hamburger at a McDonalds I still expect to be treated as if I bought $200 of food - even if I don't deserve it!! It's called customer service. When I get a basic car wash I expect my car to be well... clean! And if not, do something to satisfy the customer except try to prove him wrong. It's obvious it's an absentee owner and employees with barely a pulse. Save yourself the grief, there are a lot of other car washes around. Hopefully this changes hands soon, until then they have lost my business. read more

I had my car detailed at Blue Fin Car Wash and I say Wow! I have done my car detailing at other places and they always miss cleaning the gas tank cap area but Blue Fin has clean that area in detail. They have clean the tire rims, door sides and the trunk very well. I would recommend everyone to use this brand new state of the art facility and you will not be disappointed. read more

Just had my car detailed here for $90.00. Stay clear of this business. Terrible job, no pride in the work at all and the manger was trying to justify the terrible job done. Just returned from long road trip and needed a good cleaning. When I picked up the car the front and back windshields had to be redone, there were bug spots still on the grill and both mirrors. This was a horrible level of quality at any price and at the $90 was robbery. Will never consider a return trip here. read more

The first time I went to this car wash it was 30 minutes until closing and hoping I could get a quick detail they said they would not do it so close to closing time. I understood but to be honest, there was no cars ahead of me and my car is small so it felt more like they just didn't feel like doing it. Today I went at noon, was excited to get a detail, paid...and after the wash asked where to bring my Kia Sportage to get my detail. They told me it would be an additional $10 because my car is "oversized". Their sign clearly states SUV AND VANS are oversized and require an extra charge. This I understand, most have a 3rd row. My cars Interior is absolutely not any bigger than any standard sedan. The manager did refund my service because I refused to pay more. This is not a place that obviously cares to try and build the business. Twice I have been more an unimpressed. It's nice to have a Decent drive through wash and free vacuum, thus 2 star review but it's clear to me they don't really care to win over customers. It's a shame...I pass daily. read more
