Even though the parking lot was completely full, we managed to snag a great spot near the front, which felt like a good sign right away. Walking in, the restaurant immediately impressed us--it was spotless, bright, and very well organized. I loved seeing the area where they make fresh homemade flour tortillas; it really added to the authentic atmosphere. We were warmly greeted by the hostess, Ms. Chloe, whose friendly smile set the tone for a pleasant visit, and she quickly seated us in a cozy booth in Ms. Rebecca's section. Rebecca was attentive, kind, and efficient throughout our meal, bringing water, chips, and salsa right away and giving us time to comfortably look over the menu. We ordered a side of guacamole, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and the lunch beef burrito with Spanish rice. Although I'm not a seafood eater, my daughter absolutely loved the shrimp and finished every bite, which says a lot. The guacamole was fresh and the overall experience--from the service to the atmosphere--was very enjoyable. The only disappointment for me was the ground beef burrito. It was a bit underwhelming and didn't have the flavor I was hoping for, and I wished I had chosen the steak instead. We love coming to this restaurant on Fridays. My boyfriend and I usually visit every other Friday, and we almost always order the same meal: the queso, fajitas for two, two skinny margaritas, and dessert. The food is consistently excellent, and we really appreciate that they maintain such high quality every time we visit. Depending on how busy the restaurant is, we'll either wait for a booth or sit at the bar. Unfortunately, we've repeatedly had disappointing experiences with the service at the bar. At first, we assumed it was just an off night, but it's happened several times with the same bartender. We've also noticed that the male bartender seems much more attentive and friendly toward other guests, particularly a group of women seated next to us, which made the difference in service even more noticeable. Despite these experiences, we've continued to tip 20% because the food is always great, and we've never sent anything back. We genuinely enjoy this restaurant and want to keep coming back. I just wish I didn't feel disappointed whenever we end up having to sit at the bar. read more

Our server Isaiah was nice and friendly and answered all my questions. Now for the food! Award winning margarita flight 7/10: really enjoyed the peach and kiwi cucumber. The hibiscus didn't really have any flavor but I could taste the liquor. I wasn't a fan of the tajin on the rim - I never am and don't realize it was on the rims. Next time I'm going to ask for it not to be included. Combo fajitas 8/10: I always love the sizzle of a good fajita plate. The meat was flavorful and juicy, which was chicken and steak. Just the right amount of veggies, not too many onions or bell peppers. I wasn't a fan of the Mexican rice, but I really did enjoy the black beans. read more

I ordered the jalapeño ranch fajita chicken salad, and it was delicious! The flavors were great and everything tasted fresh. My only complaint is that the portion of protein was very small compared to the size of the salad. Other than that, we were all happy with our meals. 3 weeks ago New Quick review about the AMAZING customer service of the Blue Goose. We generally eat at the restaurant but we were exhausted so decided to order delivery. We ordered dinner and a Diablo Margarita. Uber Eats delivered and we noticed it was missing the Diablo. The bag even had a note written on it that said "Needs Drink". We chased the delivery girl down and she said "It's on the restaurant". We called Blue Goose and explained what happened. The manager, Kayla checked with her "to go" girl and let us know that the restaurant felt they had the drink with the order..The enchiladas were also made incorrectly. Kayla explained that they wanted to make it right. The next thing we knew, we received a text that Kayla, the manager, was delivering our order herself! I have worked in food serve and also been a delivery driver with a company. I have NEVER witnessed this type of customer service! The Blue Goose went above and beyond for customer service. The food is always flawless and the service impeccable!! Thank you Kayla and staff!!! If going to the restaurant, the smell of smoked meats smells so good as soon as you get out of the car. The quesadillas were surprisingly large for a kid's meal--honestly big enough to share! Everything was fresh and flavorful. This place checks all the boxes on what a better Tex Mex place should be,..,but. First, kudos to the FoH manager. Service is impeccable, friendly, casual, efficient like you'd enjoy in a family joint. This has been the case the three times I've eaten there. The issues are in the kitchen. It's inconsistent, the only consistent thing is the inconsistency. I base a Tex Mex joint on its cheese enchiladas. Blue Goose has what should be a great version but can't seem to execute it. I think their primary problem is the cheese they use; it varies from a tough log to a rubbery blob. The tortillas vary every time as well. Either extremely hard bottoms from sitting on heat too long, or stale and hard, overall just bad. Each time bad, and if remade, just barely improved version. The super thin chips and salsa are excellent , though they need to get rid of the little dishes and put the hot sauce in a bowl. The servers will slosh drops of salsa as they put on the table. The fajitas are good. Chile relleno good. I gave them two extra stars for great service. Fix the kitchen please. read more
