As many of you know, I'm a sucker for Pluckers. It's the type of wing spot focused on wings, sports, and drinks. And with their membership and rewards program, you accept the challenge of trying to visit every location that exists which led me to this one several weeks ago. Out of all the Pluckers I've set foot in, this one is probably the loudest. No tables were available so we walked around the bar area before snagging a few seats from a couple that just left. The bartenders immediately got us some drinks although it was hard to hear them cause of the noise. After some beers, I tried the Michelada since that was part of the challenge in the rewards program. It's quite large with a nice spicy (taijin?) rim. It definitely put me on my ass afterwards so I had to tap out and close the tab out upon finishing it. I would order it again cause it's a powerful one. The wings are alright; my friend and I each got a 5 wing snack (spicy ranch for me). Wings are good size; these were a bit crispier than most. I noticed many of the wings came out that way; maybe the people at this location like it like that? It's alright, nothing that some bleu cheese can't fix when dipped in. I chalk up the noise and atmosphere to a Friday night with mainly college students around. Maybe the next time we come here it'll be less hectic so we can actually hear ourselves talk. read more

This place was packed for a Sunday afternoon. Service was a little unattended, but everyone seemed to help out. Boyfriend got half spicy garlic Parm and half gochujang which he really enjoyed, I got regular garlic palm and was pretty disappointed that they were not saucy at all. It's pluckers, so the ambience is going to be pretty loud and upbeat, but that's to be expected. The fried mozzarella are so big it's almost overwhelmingly cheesy but still yummy. read more

I been coming to pluckers for a long time. I am a big fan of their wings and whenever I am in the area craving wings I stop by. So lets talk about food, they have an extensive selection of flavors to choose from but my favorite range from vampire killer, lemon pepper or spicy ranch. Their wings no longer come with carrots and celery and I recently asked why and they said they just dont bring them but you can pay extra to have those there but only celery. The standard size ranch it comes with is free but if you ask for the big ranch its like 50 cents, which I dont mind paying for as long as I get it. They also have spicy ketchup which i love dipping my fries to it. The size of the wings are good because if I am paying that much for wings I better get my moneys worth. I have tried other things on their menu like the philli cheesesteak and their patty melt, both are good but I really have to be in the craving for them. I never had any of their salads but I have had their appetizers. I have tried their fried pickles and those are my favorites. I have had their loaded potatoes wedges and those are good but I would not get the loaded nachos, they were just not hitting. In terms of drinks, yes! I dont think I have had a bad drink from them, the pluckers lemonade yes! the batman - lets go! the psycodelic frog - any day of the week. Redrum tea for sho. The long island tea is it! I have never been to any of their trivia or bingo nights but I just accidently (sometimes) happen to stop by when the rangers or mavericks are playing. On game day please expect to have a long wait for a table. I usually just ask to be seated at the bar and I have no wait but if you and a friend want a table check in on their app ASAP to be put on the waitlist. On those days the service is slow and its very noisy. The atmosphere is great and I love it. I do not like the slow service I get from time to time nor do i like the bad customer service I get from their employees. read more

Went to have dinner on Wednesday evening! If you're a Pluckers club member you get a meal free on that night which we did! I ordered the cheech and chong sandwich which was very good! My son had the boneless tenders which were a little overcooked! The iced tea here is fabulous! We had a wonderful server who was very helpful and kind! Love watching the game and eating some spicy lemon pepper bone-in wings. Everytime we come here it never disappoints me.

30 minutes of sitting around after ordering and the waiter realized we didn't get our food yet. Food comes out and the burger was so dry... I was really looking forward to eating it but oh well. Waiter disappears for another 30 or so minutes. Honestly the food here is below mid but the urgency and customer service is why this was lacking. read more

Although busy due to the game showing & the ambiance being hyped, we were able to grab a seat at the bar & were waited on the moment our "cheeks touched the seats"! The bartenders were on point, friendly & kept us hydrated. I ordered an Old Fashioned neat, which did NOT disappoint. We ordered wings with 3 different flavors. First and last time I will ever come to this restaurant. Hands down the worst service i have ever had. The child that was taking names at the counter took my name and the number in our party. I asked questions about bar table seating which she answered but she failed to ask for my phone number. Somehow, this was my fault and she didn't add us to the long wait list. After 30 minutes, I go check on the wait and I was informed because I walked away she didn't add me. I asked for a manager, which was useless. The wait was good for a Tuesday night lil to 0 wait. Our server was very nice left a tip. The appetizer was hot & fresh and very delicious one of my favorites to always get. The only issue was my salad that came with my meal the salad was not fresh the lettuce was slightly welted. Our last food stop in Texas before heading back to CA! Super fun chicken wing joint with so many delicious flavors and junky fast food options (my god look at all the fried goods on their menu!). Service was friendly and we were seated immediately. Quite a large restaurant and they have many TV's going on with sports or trivia and such (though surprisingly not super overwhelming). Thought it was SUPER funny that the restroom signs are Cocks and Chicks haha. Our table shared a 10 piece wing order of the Vampire Killer and Lemon Pepper rub. Lemon Pepper was solid. Vampire Killer did have a heat to it but not as garlicky as I would have liked for something meant to murder the undead. Some of the wings had moist meat the others were a tad dry. Overall not bad. My bf wants to come back and try their wing challenge, so next time we're in Texas for sure! read more

As soon as I received the fries, I had to send them back--they were pale, unseasoned, and too soft. I took a bite of the spicy lemon pepper wings, but they only tasted like hot sauce. I promptly returned both the wings and the fries, requesting the regular lemon pepper wings and freshly made fries. After waiting 20 minutes, the food arrived, but unfortunately, it lacked any real flavor, leaving me with nothing but acid reflux. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll be returning. Came here for lunch with a friend and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! I hadn't been to Pluckers in about 10 years and now I see why the line is always wrapped around the building during busy hours! Luckily I didn't have to wait long during the middle of the day during the week! My waiter recommended the Gold Rush wings and I really wanted to try the Buffalo lemon pepper which were good! The gold rush were a little mustard-y... not terrible but not my favorite. The appetizers were great -- the fried pickles were a perfect crunch and the fried Mac and cheese logs were freaking creamy and delicious! The service was quick, there's plenty of TVs to catch whatever game you're interested in (they had the Olympics in when I was there) and it was an overall great atmosphere! read more

Visiting on a Friday night and on a second occasion to watch the Super Bowl, those were my experiences; both times Pluckers had people standing outside of the door waiting for tables. The hostesses were pleasant and provided anticipated wait times. The individual checking in is asked for a cell number and a text is sent to notify you of being on the waitlist. I can't speak to if the times were accurate because both times we decided to sit at the bar (open seating). The waiter/waitresses seemed to work as a team (of 3-4 people)! The menus were unique in their layout and placement of pictures/etc. Prices are low and portions are large! Drink orders were taken quickly and the team would pass by pretty frequently to take orders and inquire about refills. One of the Pluckers signature drinks- the Blue Coconut- was smooth and sweet. They also carry my favorite local beer, Revolver Blood and Honey (just an FYI). Wings come in 3 different ways- traditional bone-in, boneless and naked with a great variety of flavor choices (traditional wings are served on a silver platter, which I found unique to Pluckers). I chose the naked the first time with garlic Parmesan Flavor and the boneless the second time with honey BBQ flavor; both were delicious and came with 4 very large chicken breast style strips! Both style of tenders were tender and juicy, full of flavor. They also offer French fries, sweet potato fries, house made chips, tater tots and more! The sweet potato fries were thin cut waffle style fries and I was given the option to add cinnamon/sugar to them. The tatr tots were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, just like I like them. This yardbird based establishment is one to try and return to for great prices and large portions! read more

My son and his childhood friend graduated on May 26th. Everyone thought it would be a great idea to celebrate at this establishment. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable. 1. The manager was initially unwilling to accommodate the size of the party. She expected 10 medium sized to overweight adults and two teens to fit in one long table and one small table. The waitress she was working with was the only one who was attempting to accommodate us. 2. It took multiple attempts for us to tell the manager that we needed more space for such a large party. Her excuse was she didn't have enough staff for that. 3. The manager also attempted to put us on the waitlist because we couldn't fit where she put us. She said there were eleven families ahead of us. I found this unacceptable as I was at this establishment before these eleven families arrived. 4. Eventually we were moved to two booths and a table. However, this was made possibly only after the manager served our party a mad face and a side of attitude. The new assigned waiter was wonderful as was the waitress who initially was going to attend to us. She apologized many times for her manager's behavior. After we left the restaurant, we learned via social media that our graduates qualified for a free meal. They were dressed in their cap and gown too! Diplomas were available as well. read more

Received an order via Door Dash last night. All the waffle fries were pretty much raw.... Literally looked and tasted raw. Had to throw them in the air fryer. My son didn't even want his anymore after seeing them. I had buffalo bites also, a little too much salt on them but okay, i threw them on top of the season-less fries to balance the seasoning. Ate a few bites of each, 30 minutes later stomach cramps, indigestion and nausea. Not sure if it was the fries or the bites. This morning, I still can't even eat saltine crackers and ginger ale to settle my stomach, the food is still running its course. THANKS A LOT! I will not be eating Pluckers again! read more
