Came today (Friday around noon-ish) with my family. Service wasn't too bad. We did have a server who was training and she was doing a good job. Food was ok today. My fries were cold and were literally the small pieces you get from the bottom of the bag. It is what it is. I tried the maple chipotle sauce today and wasn't too spicy but still good. Ok, the only issue I have is that I felt they had nooo clean dishes ? Like we ordered the holly macaroni and usually they bring you small plates right. Well today they brought us those red baskets. I wouldn't really cared much but they were all literally dirty. One had food all on the sides and they just slapped a paper on top. Idk gross. Anyway, when I got my boneless jumbo wings I didn't have a knife. Idk I feel like that should be a given no? So I asked the server if I could get a knife. She brought me a plastic to-go knife lol. As many of you know, I'm a sucker for Pluckers. It's the type of wing spot focused on wings, sports, and drinks. And with their membership and rewards program, you accept the challenge of trying to visit every location that exists which led me to this one several weeks ago. Out of all the Pluckers I've set foot in, this one is probably the loudest. No tables were available so we walked around the bar area before snagging a few seats from a couple that just left. The bartenders immediately got us some drinks although it was hard to hear them cause of the noise. After some beers, I tried the Michelada since that was part of the challenge in the rewards program. It's quite large with a nice spicy (taijin?) rim. It definitely put me on my ass afterwards so I had to tap out and close the tab out upon finishing it. I would order it again cause it's a powerful one. The wings are alright; my friend and I each got a 5 wing snack (spicy ranch for me). Wings are good size; these were a bit crispier than most. I noticed many of the wings came out that way; maybe the people at this location like it like that? It's alright, nothing that some bleu cheese can't fix when dipped in. I chalk up the noise and atmosphere to a Friday night with mainly college students around. Maybe the next time we come here it'll be less hectic so we can actually hear ourselves talk. read more

Went there because wanted wings and Hooters were all closed. The only positive about the visit was the service. waiter was very attentive but when I got the wings they were overdone almost crispy. Pluckers never disappoints! The wings were fresh, hot, crispy, and full of flavor. They have so many sauces and flavors to choose from, so there's something for everyone. Boyfriend got half spicy garlic Parm and half gochujang which he really enjoyed, I got regular garlic palm and was pretty disappointed that they were not saucy at all. 20 percent Gratuity is added for groups of 5 or more I visited with a group of 8, and unfortunately, the service and food fell far short of expectations. It took an extremely long time for our food to arrive. When it finally came out after a 30-minute wait, it was cold, and the fries were completely soggy instead of crispy. When our server noticed, she casually remarked, "Oh, they brought it out for me". We let her know the food was cold and the fries were soggy. She promised to bring out a fresh batch of fries, but within five minutes, we received another basket of fries that were shinny and wet , as if they were dropped in the grease but they were still soggy and limp. Given the sluggish service and lack of care, it is safe to say we won't be returning. Unfortunately, many in our group tipped without realizing the 20 percent was already added even though the overall experience was lack luster . I been coming to pluckers for a long time. I am a big fan of their wings and whenever I am in the area craving wings I stop by. So lets talk about food, they have an extensive selection of flavors to choose from but my favorite range from vampire killer, lemon pepper or spicy ranch. Their wings no longer come with carrots and celery and I recently asked why and they said they just dont bring them but you can pay extra to have those there but only celery. The standard size ranch it comes with is free but if you ask for the big ranch its like 50 cents, which I dont mind paying for as long as I get it. They also have spicy ketchup which i love dipping my fries to it. The size of the wings are good because if I am paying that much for wings I better get my moneys worth. I have tried other things on their menu like the philli cheesesteak and their patty melt, both are good but I really have to be in the craving for them. I never had any of their salads but I have had their appetizers. I have tried their fried pickles and those are my favorites. I have had their loaded potatoes wedges and those are good but I would not get the loaded nachos, they were just not hitting. In terms of drinks, yes! I dont think I have had a bad drink from them, the pluckers lemonade yes! the batman - lets go! the psycodelic frog - any day of the week. Redrum tea for sho. The long island tea is it! I have never been to any of their trivia or bingo nights but I just accidently (sometimes) happen to stop by when the rangers or mavericks are playing. On game day please expect to have a long wait for a table. I usually just ask to be seated at the bar and I have no wait but if you and a friend want a table check in on their app ASAP to be put on the waitlist. On those days the service is slow and its very noisy. The atmosphere is great and I love it. Went to have dinner on Wednesday evening! If you're a Pluckers club member you get a meal free on that night which we did! I ordered the cheech and chong sandwich which was very good! My son had the boneless tenders which were a little overcooked! The iced tea here is fabulous! We had a wonderful server who was very helpful and kind! As soon as I received the fries, I had to send them back--they were pale, unseasoned, and too soft. I took a bite of the spicy lemon pepper wings, but they only tasted like hot sauce. I promptly returned both the wings and the fries, requesting the regular lemon pepper wings and freshly made fries. After waiting 20 minutes, the food arrived, but unfortunately, it lacked any real flavor, leaving me with nothing but acid reflux. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll be returning.
