Parking lot is very limited! Came during lunch on a week day. Came for the margaritas and we were not disappointed! Not to sweet and able to taste the liquor. Food was good. Queso was ok not the best. Chips and salsa were good. Tried the taco salad and mom had the sour cream enchilada! Very good food

Patio Vibes! I came for a quick dinner on the patio. It was empty so that was perfect. The food came fast, and our waitress was constantly checking on us. She made sure we were taken care of. Started off with queso, personally I wasn't fan. I've had better. On to the meal, I had the half order of the Las Palmas nachos. I didn't want anything big but the plate was just right. It also came with all the sides like sour cream, guacamole and jalapeños. I enjoyed it. I also had a mango margarita which was tasty and HUGE! Overall, it's not the best Mexican restaurant I've had. It's one of those places which is good to get a quick meal in.

We went on a taco Tuesday, but sadly they don't have taco Tuesday meal specials. The food was good, just a step above the average Mexican chain restaurant. We had great service in the bar area and it was happy hour so our beer and margaritas were a great price. We asked for the hot salsa and that made a huge difference. Good food, too satisfying the Mexican food craving.

My husband and I have become faithful patrons of yours. We haven't had anything that we haven't liked. I always get the chicken fajita enchiladas. My husband, however, likes to try different things so he asks the wait staff to order for him. Who does that? LOL. Anyway, all of the servers have been good sports about it, but the one that stands out the most is Jorge. He is always happy, kind and goes out of his way to make us happy. He indulges my husband's weird request with a laugh and a smile. He seems to truly care about the customers and besides the food being delicious, he is a big part of the reason we keep returning. He is a valuable employee and you are lucky to have him as part of your staff.

Read a post on Arlington foodies Facebook page raving about this place so thought to drive down from Arlington and give it a try. First impression walking in was good. Hostess was pleasant and we were seated as there was only one other table. Waited a little bit and server came over to get drink orders and when I remarked that there were no prices listed for their beverages, any of them, and inquired about pricing she seemed kind of put off that I would ask. I have learned that I don't order anything that I don't know the price of. Sorry, not sorry. Why the heck would you not have prices on any of your beverages. Doesn't make sense. Anyhow after being told $7-8 and that nothing was over $10 we ordered a pina colada, $7, and a peach on the rocks margarita, $10! Both were huge and great. Prob best Pina Colada I've had in years and I don't like peachy drinks but the margarita was really good. Now for the food... chips are a really thick for me but weren't bad but the salsa lacks a lot! It was super runny, I'm more of a fresh chunky salsa fan and this was not that. Not horrible but def not great either. I ordered an ala carte beef taco and a beef chili relleno and both were great. Way too much for me to eat. The taco alone was huge. Hubby had the chicken fajitas and he loved them. After paying $47 for fajitas at pappasitos and $17 for fajitas here I can say they beat pappasitos hands down. I almost took off a star because our server wasn't the happiest and rarely even made eye contact but don't know what was up in her life today so giving her a pass. All and all we will def be back to try some more items and def to have cocktails.

This place is a hard no for me. We popped in on a Friday night around 8:45 PM. The place is well lit and they had music playing. It wasn't super busy but we were greeted promptly by a nice gentleman who seated us in a booth near the bar. He told us the server would be with us shortly and that wasn't true. We watched another couple get seated and receive their chips & salsa before us. When we finally saw the server (Gaby R.), she stopped at the other table first and then came to us. She never told us her name but took our drink order and chips & salsa followed shortly. I ordered chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce and charro beans. My hubby ordered carne asada. He really wanted beef tips which they didn't have (their carne asada was thin cutlets) but the server mentioned they could prepare the beef in a similar fashion. Well that didn't happen as it was served as is. My food was not good at all. My chicken enchiladas had a red sauce inside which was surprising but it lacked flavor. I deconstructed it to just isolate the meat and it was meh. My hubby didn't like his food either. The server was gone for long periods of time and it took a while to get our check. This is how we learned her name. We won't be returning and will try our luck elsewhere.

Went for third time--again, not a disappointment. Lunch fajitas are as large as dinner. Another photo attached.

Came here to hang out for a couple hours. It looks small but surprisingly spacious place. Servers were attentive & friendly. We got margaritas & queso. Mine was mango margarita on the rocks which was really good. The others really liked the frozen swirl margarita & cucumber margarita on the rocks. The queso was LUMPY! It wasn't bad, but we got these lumpy pieces of cheese with almost ever bite, not what we would expect from eating queso. We ended up wasting more than half of the lumpy queso. The salsa wasn't bad. I would consider coming back for the margaritas.

    DiAndra H.

Wasn't sure what to expect but the food was actually good! I ordered the fajitas supreme plate, sweet tea ( wasn't sweet ) the margarita was pretty good. Salsa 5/10 kinda watery and lacked the bold flavor I'm use to. Customer service was good, greeted with a smile at the door, our waitress was kinda a tentative. It's really a casual laid back spot to grab something to eat.

I had a strawberry margarita and Carna asada plate. The drink and food were good. The Service was great! I sat at the bar, nice and clean. Will definitely come back.

I really enjoy the food, service and atmosphere in this restaurant. There are many places to eat Mexican in Mansfield, but if you haven't tried Las Palmas I hope you will.

Pick any two : cheese enchilada and a crunchy beef taco

The customer service was well! Very vast and clean! The food was fresh and we had no complaints! 10/10

I'm from California and we know our way around some fine Mexican cuisine but Mama Cuca's was SO good. I spent two of my 4 nights in Midlothian at this restaurant. The grilled and stuffed poblano pepper is an absolute MUST HAVE. I'd never had it before but at the recommendation of our server, I gave it a try. I would have kicked myself if I had passed, it was outstandingly well prepared and flavorful :) But this review isn't actually about the food ... @Jessica and @Paty @Guillermo I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Andrew on my first night at Mama Cuca's and America in the bar on my second night. I've worked in Michelin restaurants in Napa Valley and these two professionals are genuinely absolute ACES in the craft of customer service. I don't write reviews to complain so when i take the time to write these it is because the service or quality was so outstanding that I NEED other people to know so they don't miss out on such an incredible experience. The incredible food, combined with incredible staff ... needless to say I passed along my experiences to the folks I was in town to help with a tech deployment and will be coming back myself in a few months when I'm in town again. THANK YOU SINCERELY, America and Andrew, for providing one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I can recall. I would come back for the food but i will be back multiple nights for this incredible experience. You two ROCK!!!! I can't believe that I've never before visited Mariano's Hacienda Ranch. I've been missing out on some great Tex-Mex! I knew I was going to have a great meal when I got out of the car and smelled the Mesquite smoke from the grill that Mariano's uses. The food was awesome and delicious. My Margarita was tasty, with a very generous pour of Tequila. The two salsas, traditional and warm chipotle, were fresh, with vibrant flavors of tomatoes, chilies, onions, cilantro. The guacamole was the perfect combination of avacado, lime, salt, cilantro, and onion. Our queso came with dollops of sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and Picadillo ground beef. My lovely Wife had 3 Shrimp en Brochette with a Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada. She was overjoyed with her flavorful Mariano's Hacienda Ranch Tex-Mex dinner! I was so very happy with my delicious Beef Fajitas (they used tender outside skirt steak) with onions and peppers, all grilled over Mesquite coals. The flavors of Mesquite permeated my fajitas with smoky, sweet goodness, while the marinated meat was grilled perfectly over high heat, to yield juicy, seared, melt-in-your-mouth, beef flavor. Service was friendly and professional. Our meal was relatively inexpensive, offering great value for the high quality of the very tasty Tex-Mex cuisine.
