I used Blue Haven Pools for a challenging waterfront project. My first pool was a disaster and the most stressful experience of my life at every step from leaking to chipping to major bulk head problems. We started over and got a new builder. Blue Haven did a seamless job. Didn't call me once with a problem. SO unexpected. gracias amigos! This is what you get when you go with experience.

Yard de-sodded and tree cut down for #bluehaven who canceled contract because they are scared to build a large pool where they declined to

#bluehaven took us from initial estimate to staking our pool to receiving first draw of funding before telling us they were scared to build a large pool because they don't engineer their pools ! Well that answers that! "No go ahead and cancel the contract blue haven and no I won't cancel it , you should." Now I have to go through the hassle of making sure they refund all the money to the lender. They could have stopped this and discussed it earlier. Makes you wonder why after the first draw on the loan, who's getting of under the table for completing the loan? Chicken shit I will get the refunded I will build a pool with another company and I will he writing reviews ..... now where's google...... oh yes took up my sod in y yard cut down a tree all in preparation here's the yard now a mess. Thanks Casey and Asher amd Bruce with #bluehavenpools

We have to replaster the pool 11 months later. They came out and looked and and said " It's not our best work, but we are not re-doing anything" I had to hire someone to come out and finish the koolcoat that they didn't finish. Now I have to replaster the pool for another $13k...unbelievable.

I was compelled to…read morefollow-up on my previous high marks after our project foreman, Robert, went way above and beyond to fix multiple post-freeze issues that completely shut down our beautiful new pool. The loss of power for almost a full week literally transformed our pool into an ice rink, while the expanding ice in our pipes and equipment took its toll. Despite TP&P's dramatic volume of repair calls after the recent historic winter storm, Robert came out to our house personally to inspect the damage, then within days, he and his team were on site. Within another couple of days, Robert had our pool up and running, even while we're awaiting a replacement for our cracked UV system. I also wanted to mention that we were very lucky to have Michael & Tina as our TP&P sales pros. They maintained great communication throughout and the few minor issues that came up were handled with care and efficiency. They actually took the time to personally come by our home often, ensuring everything was going smoothly and that we were happy and our expectations were being met. In closing, I just want to again give my sincere thanks to Robert for rescuing and resuscitating our beautiful TP&P pool after such a stressful winter weather ordeal.

They sent a professional to my house and later gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and after that.... Radio Silence. After a few days I called them and they said they would send someone that Thursday. Well...No one showed up. I call again, and this time, it's rescheduled to Friday. Friday comes, a guy shows up almost at 5PM. I could imediately see he was not prepared to work on what was agreed on the quote. And sure enough....He has no idea what needs to be done, never been briefed on what is needed and after looking at my pool hardware, of course, tells me he has no equipment needed to work on my pool. Reschedules for next Tuesday, which is today. Yep... You guessed it..... No one showed up again. No calls, no texts, crickets... Don't bother because I don't want to work with you anymore. I'll find another company. I'm done. Thankfully haven't spent any money on this company, but my wasted time, I will never get back, sadly. Stay away, that's my advice.

I've been a customer for couple years with their pool cleaning service side - thus I decided to use them for my pool equipment needs... sloppy work - untimely delivery - and show up times are at their discretion and not consistent I've never been so disappointed and frustrated over service and installation matters I purchased three (3) pieces of equipment: New filtration system, New Variable speed pump and New salt cell system - this is a lot of money spent, on top of that is installation pricing, averages $500 per piece = total of $1500 - ridiculous you would think with my purchase of all new equipment that my installation needs would have been a source of focus and client satisfaction The installation of the salt cell system has been a bad experience- the pics don't lie The tech spilt blue pvc glue on my concrete equipment pad - left and didn't clean it up The business hours are 9am - 4pm Mon - Friday- good luck with having any issues addressed before or after these times, even if it's at the fault of company's employees I communicated my dissatisfaction via phone and texts - Consumer beware UPDATE- after several years I have chosen to severe services for pool cleaning, equipment maintenance and potential new purchases with this company. Customer satisfaction matters and is always key, thus Customer retention. Albeit the job is done now, to get there should not have required so much negative energy and frustration. It's not worth it UPDATE - I see Seon the owner responded, Bent over backwards? This time? Hey - for a client to leave overall, you think your viewpoint is true? You have a negative loss of $3600 annual +|- pool cleaning services - present/future income, plus future pool equipment/install fees - I suspect this won't happen again and that's a good thing. Too bad this learning experience for your business was at my expense and frustration Maybe you should have called me? Yes - you should have called me - texting while "preferred" is a form of communication that sucks, talking with a client lends clarity as to matters - PS - don't charge for a job not fully done and when no verbal or written authorization is granted

Contacted them on 1/6/26, to repair an area of our pool deck that was cracked. Luis came out the next day, seemed legit, and we agreed a few days later on the work to be done and the price. He said they were a few weeks out on the schedule, which was fine with me. Contacted Kingz again on 2/4, inquiring about the start date of the project, and received no response. Contacted Kingz again on 2/6, and was told the schedule had been pushed back, due to weather. Kingz contacted me on 2/16, with a couple of potential start dates, and I chose 2/26. Kingz sent over the Docusign contract link, signed by Luis on 2/17. I signed it on 2/19, and thought we were ready to roll on 2/26. Sent a text to Kingz on 2/25, asking if everything was ready to go the following day. No answer, so sent another text at 7:21am. The answer finally came at 10:40am, stating that Kingz was working on a commercial job, and "We're unable to get started on your project at this time." They did offer me $300 for compensation for wasting my time over the previous 7 weeks, so I guess there's that. I passed, as my time is certainly worth more than that, but found out in small claims court that someone's personal time has no monetary value in cases like this, breached contract or not. My advice, if the above sounds like a bad experience, is to not spend any time with these folks. If you do go down the road with them, and again, this is solely based on my real life experience, know that the contract you sign with them might not be worth what you think it is. Kingz breached that contract by not showing up on 2/26, ("The Term"), and also by terminating the agreement when they said they weren't going to start the project at that time, (Rights of Termination). Oh, well. It's time to find a contractor that I can trust.

I did all this on my own, except for Tanner, who made an exception to put me first in line and specifically gave me a time he would be here, so as not to run up my bill with the crane company. He did just that and more. Since we never heard from Vince after he finished the paperwork on the Spa and collected his money, I would say service after the sale is zero. This is my first pool, so I came into this pretty uneducated and Shane was very patient with me during the entire project, explaining the process and what to expect. He is an extremely experienced pool builder and beyond professional and responsive. He makes you feel like you're the only customer he has and follows through even after the pool build is finished. If you want a high-quality gorgeous pool, you must hire this company. Builder Selection Shane and his staff were extremely patient as I tried to align the very differing proposals, breaking costs down as I requested. His proposal was easy to understand and was straightforward, not hiding costs in various categories as most of the other builders did. I felt I got a very fair estimate. While their proposal was not the lowest, I chose them because I felt very comfortable with Shane, his knowledge and he's just an overall really nice guy. Another reason I chose them was because he was the only builder to submit the design to our HOA without my even asking! He kept me informed as the process with them progressed. Design I already had a pool design done by another builder but wanted to get estimates from other builders. I called five and Shane was the first to to respond. We met that week and I was very impressed by his professionalism. He looked at our design, asked really good questions about the pool and how we thought we would use it. He also made some suggestions that had to do with the actual usability of the pool. He took the paper based plans and some screen shots and recreated the design using his own pool design software. We had several design meetings either at his office or at my home. He patiently tweaked the details as well as the bigger things until we were satisfied with the design and the materials. Build Shane managed this project like clockwork and the only time the progress slowed down was due to weather. He kept me informed of who was coming when and what was expected to be accomplished in that given time. His contractors were very skilled, polite and was respectful of our property. The project wasn't trouble free by any means but at each step, Shane oversaw the work being done, making changes either at my request or because he wasn't satisfied. None of which were charged to us. Shane and his staff were so responsive to all of my questions, concerns and me calling him and telling him that one of the pool walls wasn't being done to design, he stopped the work and redid it to design. There's so much more to write but that would make this review too long to want to read. Our pool is amazing and we're extremely happy with the result. Also I didn't feel that once the pool was finished Shane would disappear. In fact, he's still very responsive when we have a question or trouble with the equipment. I would highly recommend Capital! Shane and his staff are honest, knowledgeable, demand high quality from the contractors and I can't say enough about their responsiveness.
