He is very knowledgeable about placement and design and steered me into the right direction and drew up the perfect sketch for me. He is an amazing artist! It's a small shop but they do a good job enforcing the social distancing; everyone wears masks and they sanitize their stuff between clients. Now on to the actual tattooing- day of, Neil and I went over our expectations and he was very thorough in making sure the tattoo stencil was the right size and we toyed around with placement options. He's very aware of your expectations and wants everything to be perfect for you. He always makes sure you're comfortable! I highly recommend Neil.
