had a truly disappointing experience with your flower shop. Our family placed an important order for a funeral, and the flowers were never delivered. Your explanation--that the driver mistakenly failed to deliver them--is completely unacceptable, especially given the occasion. In an effort to still show our respects, I requested the memorial ribbon separately so we could provide it to the family. I was given a glitter-covered green ribbon, which I folded to place in an envelope. Unfortunately, when we opened the envelope, the glitter had shed all over, making a mess and rendering the written name nearly unreadable. This entire situation was distressing and embarrassing for us, especially at such a sensitive time. I expected professionalism and reliability, and instead we were left scrambling to show support for someone we deeply cared about. read more

Julie and Blue Iris were wonderful to work with. We randomly stopped by on our way to the bank and decide to inquire about their wedding flower services. Blue Iris has worked with our venue in the past and is familiar with the set up, which made the conversation smooth. We gave her our budget, and Julie made it happen. GORGEOUS centerpieces, BEAUTIFUL bouquets, INCREDIBLE Sweetheart table setup, and she even added in some floating candles to the sweetheart table to round out the table. The flowers were placed on tall vases that Julie lent to us, free of charge. Set up was quick, and they pick up the vases the next day from the venue. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I was so disappointed after doing my wedding flowers with Julie. Prior to the wedding, I had met with Julie for a consultation and showed her photos of exactly what I was aiming for. I didn't really get the expression that she was paying attention to what I was saying. She doodled a bunch of scribbles and told me she can handle all my requests. So I trusted her, but the day of the wedding came and nothing looked like what I had asked for. For one, I had paid extra for orchids in my center pieces and bride and groom table and there were zero orchids in anything. During my consultation she showed me a display of church flowers she had worked on and they were big and massive, she said this is what my flowers would look like. Day of the wedding, my church flowers were not even close to that size, they were so small! On the morning of the wedding, my mother in law went to pick up my bouquet and the corsages, and Julie forgot to pack the wrist corsages for the parents. I called her and she asked me if I can come pick them up, on the day of my wedding! I told her that was not possible since I was in hair and makeup, so she hung up on me frustrated and eventually sent someone over to the hotel with the corsages hours later. Very unprofessional! I wouldn't have been so upset if we hadn't spent a lot of money on these flowers! What I paid for did not match the work she did. She made lot of empty promises and unfortunately did not deliver. For the price we paid we could have gotten everything we wanted from a different florist, don't trust Julie when she says she can handle it read more

We have wasted weeks of our time coming to this place trying to get a package and sample for our wedding from Julie. Every time we come we had to wait at LEAST 30 minutes although we have been taking appointments. We were finally told to come today to look at the final sample and as usual we have been waiting for more than 30 minutes then Julie comes in and says it's not ready yet even though we called Thursday to confirm and she knows we come from a long distance. Furthermore, it seems like every time we come prices change and go up slightly. Do not recommend this place if you are looking for commitment; do not waste your time. read more

Wow!!! Julie did the most amazing job on my wedding flowers! I was FLOORED. She made a sample for me and then we signed the paperwork and everything was all set! She made sure I was completely happy with my sample and vision at my appointment. She is so kind and made the process so easy for me from beginning to end. I asked her for all warm white roses for my bouquet, and my bridesmaids had lavender dresses and I asked for variations of pinks and purples. Julie NAILED IT!!! She did more than I asked for. Julie showered us with flowers on our wedding day, exactly as she promised. When we met with her, we were a little worried because she has a very unique way of taking notes, but hey, it works!
