The whole process from parking to designing the floral arrangement for my friend was such a breeze and enjoyable experience. They were very helpful with doing exactly what I wanted. I am not very artistic and good with putting together the idea I have in mind. However they were able to do exactly what I wanted with the exact colors I wanted. It was actually better than what I imagined and I wanted to keep the bouquet for myself I loved it so much. Price was very reasonable and they were able to accommodate me in a very short period of time. I will definitely be back for more orders next time.

Impressively Beautiful! I received an arrangement from my husband for my birthday (while I was going thru covid). At first I thought I liked it more because I needed a boost of beauty while feeling so crappy but the arrangement was truly full of joyful energy! I'm lucky to receive flowers often, from many other vendors but the more elaborate they are they all seem to be pretty the first two days then loose their vibrancy quickly. The best part of @ayflowers was that this arrangement lasted for a very long time. It was still pretty as it dried up. I kept it to the point (2weeks after deliver) where my husband was the one who said I'm tossing it out already. I hope he will keep ordering from this place for a long time. read more

I recently learned about this new flower shop when we saw a floral design at an accounting office and were curious. It definitely stands out with its approach so we ordered one for our office. It was a combination of edible arrangement and floral design. Too bad I didn't take a picture of it. Even after you eat the fruits, dried fruits and chocolates, you still have a nice floral design to keep. I looked at their other designs and was impressed. Very artsy and unique! read more

I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

I left a voicemail & Amber called me back within a couple minutes. She spent generous time with me discussing what I wanted & my budget. After our call, she was so accessible & responsive via texts. She even sent me a picture of the finished arrangement & it exceeded my expectations... just so elegant & gorgeous. Amber deserves the accolades and gets because her eye for design is amazing. Highly recommend & I'll definitely use L&F in the future.

I was surprised of course and let me say the arraignment was Beautiful it was so nice , never seen anything like that before , flowers so fresh and well arranged.. Good taste. I found this great flowers business in Burbank for Valentine's Day. Needed a floral arrangement for my love. I always call before making an online order. So I called. The lady behind the phone was so helpful and friendly that it just melted my heart. Got so excited. The flowers got delivered just on time and they were of high quality. My love loved them so much. They were there for more than 20 days. Next time I needed flowers I went to their store. I wasn't expecting that type of warm customer service. They even offered coffee.
