I personally don't like flowers in boxes I only order unique arrangements in other vases or bowls wish there was more options. But let's put it this way every time I need to order there's something new I love. The florist not only painted the entire white roses blue but lied to me over the phone. The instructions said that I wanted the white roses painted blue meaning the tip, however it came out completely wrong. I immediately told them that I was unsatisfied with the order and they offered me 20% off my next order? I mean come on?! I don't even think I will be ordering from here again. Total cost for me was $215 to have it delivered and it came out wrong. I proceeded to dm them on social media and they had promise me a 25% refund and I never even got that refund two weeks later. First, the original vase as pictured on the website was sold out. Angelina promptly called to inform me and substituted something taller, but very similar. Definitely did not detract from the overall appearance and quality of the product. Second...after the roses were made, Angelina realizing how heavy they were, worried I would have a mishap picking them up myself and offered me complimentary delivery. I think the biggest problem you run into is choosing which arrangement to order--it really is difficult, there are so many beautiful pieces to choose from--but I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that it's all taken care of online. Ordering is definitely made easy and efficient. One slight issue I had was with the communication from the establishment after the order was placed. You are basically told to wait for an email that indicates your item was delivered. And they don't give an approximate time of delivery, which makes it a little confusing when you call hours later and are told the arrangement hasn't been made yet. But luckily, the flowers were delivered the day of and the recipient was elated. So, I'd definitely recommend J'Adore Les Fleurs because their arrangements are topnotch, but just be aware that delivery times are sort of up in the air. read more
