The next 26 years Hubbard maintained all plumbing: low flush toilets ( B vent staring at Hubbard while installing toilet), sink, hot water heater and all plumbing maintenance. All those years the B vent was not finished correctly yet Hubbard never informed me of this error on builder part. April 2013, I requested a bathtub be installed and was scheduled for June yet called and never got a service call appointment. May 2014 home inspected for sale Chad Hubbard arrives and tells realtor and buyers : it is noted the B vent is a fire hazard, not code compliant, and potentially noxious fumes. Chad Hubbard states " as you see Anne I cannot state all is well when there are several life safety issues" When a plumber ignores "several life safety issues" in a home that he has maintained for 26 years I question how safe my family and friends are when doing business with Hubbard Plumbing.

He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, was very respectable & informed me to keep track on replacing my filters on my calendar. It definitely made sense for my filter was way to clogged to be doing it's work like it should. It now is on my calendar every 3 months to remind me. I have never been disappointed in having Angelo Chiodo for many years. When I called the clerk on the phone was quick to set up my appointment also. They are very trustworthy at a very fair price as well. My sincere thanks!!!

If you have a boiler furnace, do NOT hire Angelo Chiodo to do any work on it. They do not appear to…read morehave expertise with boilers. I had them do yearly servicing on the boiler for the last three years and then had them repair it in February - March 2026 when there was a problem with very low heat. The problem was not correctly addressed. At no time did they check to determine that most of the water had drained out of the boiler. They said I needed a new aquastat and replaced it but set it to 200 degrees (about 40 degrees higher than needed). When I had a technician from a company that knows how to service boilers look at it, the inside was very dirty (had not been getting regular cleaning, although I had paid for maintenance each fall). He discovered that the water had drained out, that it needed flushing, and has repaired the boiler.

I'm not sure exactly when I made the appointments for maintenance on our Furnace and AC but the appointment was scheduled for 5/14/26, they cancelled it, illnesses. Rescheduled to 5/29/26, cancelled again, illnesses. Rescheduled again, 6/17/26, not cancelled. On 7/6/26 I scheduled appointment to have a couple things done for today which I made sure I was prepared for, 7/23/26. Got a call this morning, cancelled, illness. Rescheduled. Just putting the following, my personal situation, out there. My husband has Parkinsons. He has been in and out of the hospital and nursing home rehab since last March which has left me with making sure everything at home is taken care of. Sometimes I can do things myself but other times I need help. My point is, when an appointment is made I have to make sure I'm prepared and able to be home which means I have to change things around and when I do that but then get cancelled I then have to decide when I can see my husband, change other appointments or other things that need my attention. I'm pretty frustrated by this company right now. Do they not have the workers? Why are the workers they have always "sick"? They only get three stars because when they do show up the work is good but I have to decide if $77.00 a month is worth it or just put that money away every month and pay out of pocket for service elsewhere.

I contacted this company as a property owner with multiple rental properties to ask about services…read moreand eligibility for available incentives and grant programs, as the information online was unclear. My goal was to have an initial conversation to see which properties might qualify before moving further. The representative said she could help, but the call focused on collecting detailed information to pass to a specialist rather than answering general questions. I was asked for my billing address and the exact addresses of all properties. When I asked why this was needed at such an early stage, she explained they use addresses to look up assessment values, square footage, and photos or details from sites like Zillow before an audit. I explained that online data often does not reflect conditions relevant to insulation needs, basement/attic size, etc and that I was happy to provide full details once we determined it made sense to proceed. I was told I likely would not receive a call back without providing addresses. After giving one address for a property we were open to getting a quote on, I was told a callback would take about four days. Five minutes later, I received another call saying they would not be able to help, without any explanation given. Overall, it appeared the priority was evaluating properties to decide business viability, instead of first discussing services or eligibility.
