Where do I begin?! Twin Falls wasn't originally on our motorcycle trip itinerary. But, when we changed our route- I wanted a property with an outdoor pool- THAT was my main focus. The pictures on Yelp & their website are what you get!! I do advise to go to their website & read instructions on their homepage. JonPaul is such a great guy! Easy to talk to & very friendly. Although I'd love to indulge in one of their rooms that offered a sauna or the steam room- these rooms are located on the second floor. And that's one thing we made sure on this motorcycle trip from San Diego to Boise-- get rooms that are on first floor. We Stayed here for one night- but, enjoyed the hot tub & pool on site. At the time we stayed- the outdoor fire pits weren't available. The rooms even have black out curtains too! Which was an additional bonus. Plenty of restaurants nearby & gas stations. I'd rather support a local business than a chain hotel. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The king sized bed was probably the most pleasant thing I've slept on, aside from my own, and they had a bunch of pillows (which I love because I usually sleep with like three). The manager John Paul was incredibly friendly and helpful (he gets five stars too). And the rooms are super modern Highly recommend. read more

Wow. How freaking cute! I never want to leave. Honestly it's clean, well designed, quiet, cinnamon rolls I have to pick up with a crane and really caring staff. I'm just passing through but I might have to visit twin falls again. So Dog friendly! Yet everything is so so clean and it doesn't look or sound like dogs have been here... What a difference a one month makes. We stayed here in January of 2021. Very clean and had a nice quiet stay. The manager, John Paul went the extra mile to make sure we had all we needed. First review was 4 stars. So we stayed here again on February first to find it was now under new ownership/management and the model for the new owners is low price & extended stay. I saw what was likely open drug activity in a car outside the office. Lots of sketchy folks residing here. Never staying here again. read more

Great little Inn. Clean, friendly staff and central location. Dogs are welcome in certain rooms. WiFi wasn't working but was fixed after an hour. Only downside was that our room needed black-out curtains to stop the bright lights from across the street from lighting the room all night. read more

Lovely hotel. The room had a lot of thoughtful touches. The bed was enormous and had charging strips on both sides. The bathroom had an enormous shower and plenty of sink space. The kitchenette even had an induction burner and some pots, pans, bowls, and utensils, as well as a mini fridge. Breakfast included some hot foods, as well as staples like coffee, bread, and cereal. We had a long drive ahead of us, so we appreciated that breakfast was laid out quite early in the morning. read more

This is the place to spend your evening on the road. Very accommodating owners, who are obviously proud of their business. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spotless. Restaurants are within walking distance, which is convenient when you're making use of the car charger located at the hotel! Very happy that I chose this hotel for our visit to the area. At first glance, it might look like a motel but as you discover its decor, amenities and friendly staff, one soon realizes what a gem it is. Upon early check in, I was offered a "pampering" gift bag which included among other thing a $10 coupon to a local beauty salon. Breakfast was tasty, offerings both continental or eggs/bacon options. Not to forget the delish homemade chocolate chip cookies: the thick, heavy goodness sits on the counter and begs to be enjoyed which we did, daily Overall, a very enjoyable stay, right off the main drag and close to many businesses. We stopped here for years--clean, professional, reasonably priced , pet friendly. Last year after the change in ownership it was the worst of all worlds--room not ready, almost doubled the price we were charged, no breakfast, no ice, and the worst: room was dirty. We killed over 50 flies before going to bed. Sent a picture to the manager and her response was to laugh. Charged over $300 for a room with a fly infestation and no offer to compensate. read more

I knew this as the Weston Inn years ago and never dreamed it could have been renovated to this! It looks maybe like a passerby by motel because of its size compared to the chains of bigger hotels...but thats alright..thats whats gonna keep it perfect. The room was nice and clean, the pool area is small but its so cozy...and seriously...amazing. i wish it was open just one hour later to enjoy the lighting. The pool is the cleanest I have ever seen, as well as the hot tub. Cookies the size of China are there at check in. Breakfast area is small but adorable and cool. Staff incredibly friendly. Only cons are..no elevator...but i get it...its only 2 flights...parking spaces are very small..and no microwave in room. Non of the cons would make me not stay again tho. I love the steampunk type of flare. Thanks for this little hidden gem. read more

Everything was fine at the Blue Lake Inn until we left and my wife forgot her phone there. I called Joe, the manager, on Saturday the day after we left. Almost 5 stars. Beautiful Hotel we had a really nice stay. Pro's Very clean, and eclectic fun decor, Staff was very friendly and super helpful. The room smelled wonderful and was so nicely furnished. Con's Pool was closed while we where there and its a really cute pool, and breakfast was well below average for hotel freebie, french toast was cold and limp, coffee was week. Also there were not enough plugs in the room for us to charge our heap of electronics. read more

Visiting family in Twin Falls, Id. and ran across this on YELP. This was meant to be, the rooms are very nice and we've stayed at plenty on this trip. Free full complimentary breakfast omelets, bacon, french toast, bagels, fresh fruit, and my favorite greek yogurt (CHOBANI) orange juice, coffee, etc. We stayed in San Francisco, CA and Reno, NV so far and this was the most refreshing and relaxing stay to date. The staff is the most friendly we've met, will only stay here next time we are in town. read more

Drove in from Vegas looking for a quick rest on our way to Stanley and stumbled across this motel. Worth the few extra bucks! The man up front was helpful and courteous. Very modern rustic which appears to be recently renovated. Everything seems new and clean. Love the raised sink in the bathroom and the rustic wood accents. My favorite thing were the surge protectors mounted at table height so you can easily and safely plug your devices near the tv and by the beds. Breakfast was quaint and nice in a cute cafe for the free breakfast. Very close to College of Southern Idaho, just around the corner from Falls Rd on Blue Lakes Blvd so took less than 5 minutes to drive there. Convenient to Winco and a ton of restaurants. read more

This is truly a boutique hotel! On the outside it looks like any other hotel but where it stands out is on the inside. When I first arrived (in town to see Shoshone Falls) I was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk and just-out-of-the oven chocolate chip cookies. They were superb. When I entered my room, again, I was impressed. The room was a good size, clean and the decorations made the place cozy and personal. Everything was modern and new. The amenities included complimentary bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, cotton pads, etc. I didn't want to leave! The location of the hotel was also great as it was on a main street with restaurants within walking distance. The next morning, breakfast was complimentary in their cute dining area (omelette, bagel, OJ, apple juice, coffee, tea etc). The only draw back is that there is no elevator. Not a big deal since the building is only two levels - a lesson to pack light or just request a room on the first floor! :). I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Twin Falls! read more

Can't say enough! This place was in the top 3 of my best hotel experiences as far as service and cleanliness. I have stayed at some very nice hotels and their service did not compare! Our room was updated and clean. The staff stayed late to let us in our rooms, (we where late 12am... Traffic during our road trip) they made sure we where taken care of and the staff was knowledgeable enough about the area to direct us to some of the site we where interested in. On a road trip from the West Coast and stopped in Twin Falls on our way to the Grand Tetons. This place is SO well appointed, clean, friendly, reasonably priced, and accomodating to dogs! What an excellent find! The breakfast was perfect - they even had a dedicated hot water kettle for tea (instead of filling an old coffee warmer with hot water, gross). A cute little dog area. Clearly thought was put into the decoration and set up of the rooms. Would highly recommend to anyone! read more

I hadn't really, um -planned, when I made my cross-country trip, so I pulled into the parking lot of this adorable inn at the end of a long day on the road and asked for a room. I was a little nervous my last-minute booking would cost me a sum I would rather not part with, but I was pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced it was. Plus, I lucked out on getting one of the last two rooms left. The general manager was running the front desk and she was incredibly friendly. My favorite kind of hotels are old ones that have been re-done with thoughtful care and aesthetic consideration. Blue Lakes Inn is one of those places. The bones look like an old roadside motel, but the new bathroom tile, rustic chic furniture and blue-painted ceilings in the walkways make it rather shabby chic and hipster trendy. I was extremely comfortable here and would recommend it to any roadside tripper. read more

This place was great. Very nicely updated and a great place to stay in Twin Falls and an excellent value for the $$. My only complaint (and the missing star) was due to the overuse of cleaning chems / air spray in the room. That seems to be on the uptick in many properties, but it's really annoying to be overwhelmed by it for the first day of your stay. That said, next time I'm in Twin Falls, I'd definitely stay again. I'd just call ahead and ask them to air out the room or not use the stuff. They are very accommodating and would surely be happy to help. read more

Took off a star because of using a weed-blower to clear the walks between 7 & 8pm, which was annoying, but I'm sure that that was an unusual occurrence or others would have mentioned it. Ok, let me tell you, it was hard finding a nice place to stay in Twin Falls. But the pictures looked nice on their website so I decided to give this place a shot. Yes, it looks sketchy on the outside but wow, it is really nice inside - just as pictured! When we first arrived, the girl at the Font Desk offered us freshly made cookies (side note: these are not just any old regular cookies, these are so soft and warm, the chocolate bits are still melting! They should seriously sell this stuff...but not to their guests, we still like them free :). She even offered us complimentary orange juice from the fridge (which i desperately needed after a long drive in the heat). The rooms are clean! And all the furniture are modern. They have this cool looking fridge with blue lights (you'll know what I mean when you see it) with complimentary bottled water. Even the room they served breakfast in (next door to the registration desk) was cute! I highly recommend this place and would stay here again! read more

Don't let to Motel structure of this place fool you, this place is a great place to stay. Our room was very clean. The bedding was top notch. Our room had a nice small fridge. Breakfast was better than average. Our only complaint was the bathroom door was squeaky at it woke the baby up a couple of times. Fix the door and fix Twin Falls traffic problem and our stay would have been perfect. Blue Lakes still gets a 5 star review from me. read more

This is a great place, it is in an odd location but it clean, cozy and we really enjoyed staying here. This is our second trip to Idaho and our 3rd time staying here, we were pleasantly surprised to find out they are dog friendly. Breakfast - I am not a fan of unfortunately but that's okay. The hotel is clean and comfortable, we will be back again. It would be great if you handed out those awesome chocolate chip cookies upon check in, after traveling it is a nice treat. read more

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. One staff member even made us fresh cookies! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect. We were on the bottom floor by the road, but it wasn't a problem at all. They easily had the best free breakfast I've ever had.
