Very nice hosts, took the time to help us plan our day in Twin Falls. Very clean and accommodating. Close to downtown and beautiful sites. Able to enjoy the beautiful Idaho sunset.

Hospitality is second to none here! WOW! Family and I just got back from a 4th of July adventure to Twin Falls, ID after my parents stumbled across this place last year. The owners are some of the most friendly and gracious people I have ever met. The moment we pulled in, Mark came zipping out and guided the three rigs to our spots. Frequent checking in to see how things were going and did a 4th of July BBQ for the whole campground! The grounds were extremely well kept. Not a single piece of garbage anywhere. The older half has well established trees for great shade. Was there only one shower per gender, sure but it is an RV park with full hookups so most people use their own. Again, the hospitality from these 2 owners was outstanding. This was my first time staying in an RV park and hope it's like this every time.

It offers restrooms, showers, laundry, dog parks and is about 15 minutes from the city of Twin Falls. Our site was not level (off about 4 inches) and many other sites were not level either. Most motor homes had the front tires off the ground. Unfortunately, they are very expensive for what you get, which includes sites that are only 50 feet or less in length (forcing you to park your truck sideways if you have a trailer over 35 feet or motor home), even though they say they are deluxe sites and big rig friendly. Many times there were Class As and Class Cs that were parked in the rv park roads by several feet due to the sites not being long enough. When driving through the park you have to be very careful due to so many big rigs extending past the short sites and into the interior roads. On some of the sites, the grassy area with the hookups is higher than the rest of the site, making it difficult to hook up the sewer so that it drains properly. There is a man made concrete pond that is completely dry and full of debris, as if it hasn't been used in years. The whole time we were there, 2 of the dryers in the laundry room were broken, and the remaining dryers required 2 cycles (double the cost) to actually dry the clothes. There is a bench in one dog park that has a broken back, which was not fixed in the time we were there. For what it costs to stay there ($1,281 for a little over a month after good sam discount), you would think they could afford to fix things, which makes us think they just don't care. The rv park wifi was completely unusable, because it dropped every minute or two. The park was very noisy, being right next to the highway. Water quality is very hard which stained our shower floor and walls. No late checkout was permitted even though they were not busy when we checked out. We will not stay here again.

Don't waste your money!…read more Planned a get together with my out of state family and decided on renting 2 cabins at Anderson camp. I should have read the reviews before booking. I don't even know where to begin in explaining how awful our experience was. We paid $80 a night per cabin, plus a $25 refundable remote fee. When we called to book the cabins the person we talked to said it was private and that the spaces were apart so that we would have privacy but we were surrounded by RV spots. The pictures online are very misleading! On the site map it shows the cabins next to a stream with the doors facing the stream but that is not the case. The doors and the porch face the longterm RV spots which was not a nice view or private at all. The cabins were so HOT inside it was like sleeping in a sauna. Even tho there are 2 fans and windows you can open, it was so miserable, even at night! At 9pm I went to wash my hands in the sink inside the cabin and the sink started backing up. I found a plunger in the bathroom and when I tried using it in the sink a bunch of old stagnant, stinky, slimy and moldy water came up and you could tell it has been plugged up for a while. I had to call the after hours number and spoke to some lady who told me she would send the maintenance man over. About 20 min later he shows up stumbing all over the place, slurring his words and stinking like alcohol. He had the nerve to ask us "what we put down the sink" I told him we did not put anything down the sink and that obviously the sink had been plugged for a while. He then told me that he "has never had that happen in 7 years". I told him theres a first time for everything and that I was offended that he accused us of doing it. NO apology was given! After he fixed it he stumbled back out to his car and left. The cabins were dirty and full of cobwebs. Our fan quit working in the middle of the night, and in order to shut the light off without turning the ceiling fan off, we had to use the rickety chair to stand on in order to reach the chain to turn off the light. I called the next morning and talked to the "so called" manager and told her what happened....she didnt care. And again...no apology! She brought us another fan and said that the maintenenance man "her husband" was not drunk, he had just woke up....whatever lady, I know a drunk when I see one! For little more money we could have stayed at the KOA with AC, privacy and good customer service. To "Jason" the owner, your business has gone to downhill and you should either get rid of the clowns you have running it, or teach them some manners and how to treat their customers with respect. You should care more about how your customers are treated so they will actually have a good experience and come back. Do better!!!

We booked a whole week here this year just so we can enjoy the Hot Springs, full hook up camping, and tent camping. We called in May to make reservations, and the lady was quite friendly. We arrived a little bit late, and just found a parking spot to wait until they opened. When we stayed here a couple years ago it was $25 a night for full hook ups. That's right water, electric (30 amp) and sewage. The price has gone up to $35 a night. $10 a night for extra car as well as $20 for a dry camp spot. The Hot Springs/swimming pool is quite large has a slide, high dive, low dive and two Spas of varying heat. I think the hottest one was 106°F or 107°F. The average hours of this place is 10 AM to 10 PM though on certain days they don't open till noon. At the reception, they have a snack bar, pool table, a few video games, even a jukebox that plays through the whole swimming area. It is a bit rundown, but it is held me the way you like it. It's a great place for big groups and family reunions. There were 12 of us staying in a pull through campsite and there was plenty of room for all of the vehicles and three tents. We did just buy a new toy hauler, and this is the maiden voyage. It's been a great seven days.

To whom it may concern,…read more I am writing this letter with the utmost disbelief imaginable. After driving for 10 hours we arrived at the below campsite. I have never, in 30,000+ miles, seen or been to anything as horrifying as this. Specifically site 22. The vole, INFESTATION, is not only disgusting but so dangerous to humans and pets. These voles were not afraid of anything or anyone. They traveled across the lawn from one hole to the next,(which was only an inch or 2 because there are holes everywhere) in the middle of the day, without hesitation. There were so many it looked as if the earth was moving. Traveling with my 2 granddaughters and our service dog, Addie, there was no way I was going to subject them to the following, inevitable, consequence: "voles, are hazardous to humans as they spread infection and various diseases through their feces and urine. The fact is they can easily contaminate your property and people by introducing parasites through their poop. These vole droppings are a threat not only to humans but to cats, dogs, and other pets. Voles also possess teeth, and therefore can bite you if they feel threatened. Having said that, you should take immediate action to deal with them, whether they are indoors or outdoors." (https://proshieldpest.com/voles/) Voles are also known carriers of lice, ticks, flees, and mites, as well as any other disease other rodents may carry, including rabies. Also, you may want to tell your camp host to remove the over flowing bags of dead flies hanging above the picnic table before the next guest arrives. July 2024
