The pictures on Yelp & their website are what you get!! I do advise to go to their website & read instructions on their homepage. JonPaul is such a great guy! Easy to talk to & very friendly. Although I'd love to indulge in one of their rooms that offered a sauna or the steam room- these rooms are located on the second floor. And that's one thing we made sure on this motorcycle trip from San Diego to Boise-- get rooms that are on first floor. We Stayed here for one night- but, enjoyed the hot tub & pool on site. At the time we stayed- the outdoor fire pits weren't available. The rooms even have black out curtains too! Which was an additional bonus. Plenty of restaurants nearby & gas stations. I'd rather support a local business than a chain hotel.

She also knows the area well, and made a few suggestions that improved our trip significantly. The bedroom suite has two gorgeously-appointed bedrooms, very comfortable beds, and an incredible view of the gorge. There are hummingbirds who visit in the evenings, and a few turkey vultures who perch on the rocks in the mornings. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay more nights. If I ever find myself in Twin Falls again, the Roeland Home will be the first lodging I consider. Oh! And if you visit, don't forget to bring a fridge magnet from your home city. Jennifer's refrigerator is covered with magnets from all over the world, and is an impressive collection.

Two bedrooms and living area off of the main part of the house was very private and extremely comfortable. Not to mention the great view of the snake river from our private living room. Jen was a wonderful host and her breakfast was excellent, way more creative than you often get at other bed and breakfast. The outdoor patio is great. Again with an amazing view. We look forward to going back and taking advantage of all the activities in the area.

This one, however, is changing that stereotype. First off, everything is immaculately clean and well maintained. The lobby area has gorgeous furniture (my mom even looked it up because she fell in love with some chairs-but learned that they were far too rich for her budget!) The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast area was as clean as I keep my kitchen at home (which is saying something.) What really made this stay stick out was the service. I requested an early check in due to some scheduling things and we were able to get that-no problem. Then, my son's glasses broke and we ran into Steven, a maintenance employee, who cheerfully offered electrical tape and the use of his scissors for us to makeshift fix them. I don't find myself in Twin Falls often, but if I come through again, I'll be happy to stay here in the future.

Plus plenty of grass areas around for your best friend! The hotel is a bit on the older side, but it's well-kept and comfortable. One thing to note: we had a street-side room, and it was a little louder during the day and early evening. Thankfully, it quieted down at night and we were able to sleep just fine. A big shoutout to Jeremy at the front desk -- he was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made our stay better. Great customer service goes a long way! It's also nice that they offer complimentary breakfast, which made mornings easy and convenient.

One, the remote didn't work at all so it was nearly impossible to watch TV. Two, there's a poorly placed shelf in the bathroom right next to the mirror, the pointy edge is line right up perfectly to where I was getting ready and slammed my elbow into it. Twice. The pain was excruciating, I've just been managing it but it is still painful. I would recommend getting those out of there asap, someone could hit their head and really hurt themselves or worse!

The building is generally kind of dark. There is a pool but we didn't use it. I can't tell that we are in a pandemic as no one wore face masks except the staff, my husband and I. Everything functions like pre-pandemic. The room and furnishings are rather old. The sofa has a bloody stain on the cushion. The amenities included a small fridge that had a very small open freezer, small microwave, and coffee maker. There was no safe in room. The breakfast had egg omelet, waffle, greek yogurts, muffins, juice, milk, oranges, etc. It was very nice to get a welcome gift of a small bottle of water, 2 mint candies and a microwave popcorn.

Mattress lumpy and pillows were old and very small. They reset the keys every 48 hours, but didn't tell us so we could plan for it. We just went through the frustration of being locked out and then having to walk to the other building where they reset our keys, but still didn't tell us it would happen again 2 days later. Breakfast was very good for midrange hotel. Good choices. Pool was clean, but needs an update. Room and linens appeared clean.
